We had a very good week at the house. We were welcomed by the dear hosts Mr. Valdir and Mrs. Maria do Carmo, who were very kind, helpful and very polite, made me and my family feel at home. The house has a very good infrastructure, good rooms and a very good location, close to the condominium lake, providing tranquility and convenience. The whole family really enjoyed it.

My family and I are very happy, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and since the reservation Andréia was always very attentive, responded quickly, always very polite and helpful. The house is super cozy, all bedrooms have bathrooms! Everything was extremely clean! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. We tried not to be a burden and I hope we didn't cause any inconvenience. Cledson, the caretaker, is very good-humored, a good person, helpful and patient. We even managed to go to the city of ITU and the chocolate farm in one day. Oh, we can't forget Jessie, the little dog on the farm who is super gentle and likes to stay in the guests' mess lol The house is comfortable, I was with my 1-year-old baby and my elderly grandparents who loved the stay. We want to come back more often. Thank you

Very accessible Joao and all the very quiet check-in processes to be done. The house is exactly as it is in the photos, in a quiet and easy to access area. 25 min from downtown Piracicaba.

Ricardo is an excellent host, always very kind, attentive, available and careful. Nair who helped us with the house is wonderful, very kind to us, excellent cook. We were very happy with the house, big, beautiful, very well cared for, had everything we needed. The condominium is excellent, in addition to being very safe, it also has several leisure spaces and even a market. It was my second stay there and I hope to come back again. I definitely recommend it to any family or group of friends who want to spend a great weekend or holiday.

Absolutely 5 stars! We already knew the flat and we were very happy to know that Luiza and Vinícius continue to take care of it with great care. Everything very cozy and thought for a wonderful experience… Luiza was super cordial and sent important information to facilitate the stay, in addition to the ease with the entrance to the building and the staff who attended us super well. The house is excellent, true to the description. All the rooms were very clean. We went with children and the elderly, and they all just loved the space. The kids loved the trampoline. But the difference was Fernando's receptivity. He was at our disposal throughout the stay. He was always concerned about whether we were okay and whether we needed anything. He took the kids to feed the chickens and for a night tour. They loved it. We will definitely come back more often and recommend the house to anyone who wants to have an excellent and peaceful stay.

In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.

The space has exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet and very leisurely space to enjoy with the family at a fair price, it is very worth this home, the children loved and the adults enjoyed a lot. The hostess was very attentive, always available. I recommend it each and would definitely come back.

Carla's house is extremely clean, organized, like the photos, the pool area a delight to spend the day. It is about 5 minutes by car from the center, it is easily accessible, near the skydiving area. Quick and effective responses, we indicated too much!
