Christy's home is wonderful! It is clean and comfortable; beautifully decorated and stocked with all the things needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, spices, and dishware needed to prep meals from home. She was thoughtful of all the things needed to make for a wonderful experience. The home is perfectly located to boat from the home with a great boat rental within a mile along with other stores and a few restaurants. It is a quick 10 minute boat ride to open water and the rental and gas dock are along the way. It is a two minute walk to a fabulous beach for morning walks and sunsets and a short drive or longer walk to other beaches. The home is so close to the beach, you can hear the surf at points in time. The community is safe and comfortable and the locals engaging and extremely helpful and Christy responds immediately. We cannot say enough how enjoyable it was and will certainly reach out to Christy when returning to area.

This was a perfect beach villa for our party of 4. There was plenty of space and everything was stocked very well. Amanda was a fantastic host. She gave us great suggestions and always answered our questions promptly. Check in was very easy. Even though it was off season, we had a wonderful time venturing out. The beach is gorgeous and only a few steps away. We also enjoyed the pool area, it's so clean and and well maintained! We got to meet a few residents at the daily happy hour, they were so kind. We will definitely be back!

Especially considering the remote island location and the post Dorian build back, this place was outstanding. It had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t expect like beach Turkish style, sandless, quick drying beach towels. An expensive investment for the owners, but makes a huge difference to international travelers looking to enjoy the pool, beach and boating comfortably. Most notably, the support staff/ property management company was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when we found ourselves locked out on a Sunday 😳. We can not wait to go back to Elbow and will definitely stay at this house again. Very well priced for the privacy, location and space. The outdoor kitchen by the pool overlooking the water and the large fenced in yard was perfect for our group, and the screened in porch let us continue to enjoy the outdoors after the sun went down.

A beautifully decorated and very comfortable beach home. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Pristine bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Well-stocked kitchen with many nice extras. Wonderful beach view from the dining room and patio. Just like listing photos. The welcome book was very helpful and well done! Great wifi and lots of TV options. Jacqueline was very responsive to any questions we had. The beach is awesome with beautiful easy walks for miles in each direction. Easy access with entry code. We highly recommend a stay here!

Excellent location, spacious home. We cooked many meals and enjoyed doing puzzles at the table. The pool are was very nice and the lounge chairs at the beach were awesome. The community is private yet everyone we met were very nice. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

Rum Punch is simply perfect - close to the marina, close to the beach, and nestled in a little oasis of green space. One of our favorite rentals we've ever had in the Abacos.

Bev & Jim's BnB is fantastic! The kitchen has a ton of amenities and the BnB is centrally located so you're no more than 5 to 10 minutes away from everything by golf cart. Very short walk to a nice beach and beautiful views of the Atlantic. We hope to visit again soon!

We keep coming back to stay at this wonderful home. Really like the location and included slip with fresh water for our boat. Also enjoyed the upgraded internet with smart TVs in every room. Small details I really love were included toilet paper, hair dryers, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and a coffee station with two coffee machines and pods.

We had a very pleasant week based at Josette's. The bed was comfortable, the semi-detached house spacious. All appliances worked and there was air con in both bedrooms and the kichen/living area. The air con was quiet and new. This is a new property and nicely appointed. The car park space was in front of the front door and a properly concreted driveway (not to be assured on this island). You do need a car but town is only a 5 minute drive away. I would recommend this property.

Wow! We planned a Christmas surprise for our kids (ages 8, 10, and 12) by taking them to Treasure Cay—our first time to the Bahamas! We're absolutely enchanted by the scenery, and the villa community is incredible! From the moment we booked, Tad was fantastic—providing loads of information and always answering our questions within minutes. The villa itself is beautifully updated, adorably decorated, and stocked with everything you might need. Plus, it's just a minute's walk to the pool or the beach. This trip exceeded our expectations, and our family will definitely be back! Appreciate you, Tad!

This home is everything as it is presented on the website. Beautiful new 3/3.5 bedroom home which easily accommodates 3 couples. Everything was new - Kitchen appliances and dishes/silverware. Ice maker and beverage fridge so easy to pack up and go the next day on the boat. Bedding and towels were plush. Two large TVs which was important during the football playoffs. There are two of everything: paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, and beach toys for the beautiful white sandy beach within walking distance. Outdoor shower too. We rented a 26 foot power boat at the owners suggestion and the Bahamas were our playground. We island hopped each day to different restaurants for lunch and beach fun! I highly recommend this home for your family of couple get away vacation. All three couples in my group want to make it an annual get away and will go back with their families. Treat yourself to this new find on ARNB.

Our family of eight had an incredible vacation at Joan‘s home. Very large living room, dining room kitchen area with very high ceilings. Comfy sofas great TV felt just like home. John, the caretaker was great and lived close by. Bedrooms were all great with comfy beds, gorgeous view of the ocean and sky. Stars at night. Very well stocked kitchen we cooked a lot. Most of all, the energy in the house was so peaceful and cozy.

Blue Tang is tucked into brush, peaceful and centrally located for going anywhere on the island. We hosted some friends for dinner and found everything we needed. The host was super responsive. The pool and deck were private. The views from the deck were breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely beautiful as the house is just a 30 second walk from the beach. Martha was wonderful and helped us get a rental car. The house is very clean, probably one of the cleanest Airbnb homes I’ve been to. I was surprised to see there was no information left of detailed restaurants, outings, etc. We basically had to figure that stuff out by googling, which is fine but this is something that stood out as something that could have helped. If you rent here, you will definitely need a car and we didn’t know this until we got there. Other than that, the location is 10/10 if you are looking for true beauty and peace.

Black Tip Cove is a beautiful house in paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated how quickly Rob answered any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this outstanding property!

Keep Smiling was exactly what we hoped for. We spent Christmas with friends and felt like the only ones on the island. Beautiful white soft sand and blue water. Home is a great size for six people. We had everything we needed. Molly went above and beyond. She arranged everything. From taxi rides to ferry rides to bottled water. It was so easy. If you are looking for a relaxing, private home, right on the beach look no further. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Molly!!

The place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the beach and people in the surrounding areas were very welcoming. Silbert was awesome, easy to communicate with and very responsive when came time to help. The place itself was like new, clean and everything worked as it should. We highly recommend this place, very well suited to accommodate 2 to 4 people given that there was a sofa bed. Thank you Silbert!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! There were 6 adults and one infant and the space was perfect. It was spotless and extremely comfortable. Sunsets from the screened-in patio made every night a pleasant one. This unit is just steps from the pool/bar and even fewer steps to the beautiful beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable, and the hosts were kind and responsive. A pack-n-play was provided, which was extremely helpful for us traveling with our little one. The air conditioning in this unit might just be the best one in TC! haha. The unit was extremely comfortable with AC/temperature, and this stood out to us! We were very thankful for that, especially with a baby. We have been coming to Treasure Cay with family for many years now, and this was our first time staying in a Bahama Beach Club unit, and we were extremely happy. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at barefoot sands and it does not disappoint!! Such a lovely place, and Jack has thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay.

The property had everything we could ask for. It was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and we so enjoyed fishing off the dock in the evenings after a long day out boating and snorkeling. Rented a golf cart to get around on land although the beach, mini market, liquor store and Bahama beach club would be walkable if needed. Rented boat from Treasure Cay rentals. Everything was just easy and wonderful.

I’m almost hesitant to write a review because I don’t want anyone else to find out about this amazing property! It’s extremely difficult to find a clean and updated beach house in the Bahamas without paying a fortune, but this house had it all and was extremely reasonable! This house is either brand new construction or very recently built because everything is perfect and the interior is spotless, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms…. All PERFECT! The host,Michele, was amazing and responded to texts throughout the day and evening and was always gracious about it. Her recommendations were awesome, so check with her if you’re staying at this property! My family and I are frequent travelers, and we pride ourselves on never staying in the same place twice, but I got to say that this is going to be a tough one for us not to go back to in the very near future. If we’re gonna break our travel rule, this is the property we’re going to do it on! THANK YOU MICHELE - AWESOME TRIP!
