Kevin's please is beyond what we expected. the men of our church had a men's conference there for the weekend and it was amazing even though it was winter. what a beautiful place. can't wait to visit again in the summer

We had a wonderful family reunion Thanksgiving at Alan’s. The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable, we had plenty of space and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! Many people in our party commented that the pictures did not do the property justice. We were a multigenerational family, and everyone found something to do whether it was watching football from the cozy basement or going on the lake in the paddleboard or hanging out in the hot tub!It was the perfect way to spend our holiday with our senior Tigers!

Great location for families, a little far from downtown, but only a short drive and the ability to all be together was worth it.

Another great stay at Jesses. We were able to explore downtown fountain Inn with its restaurants and boutiques. The house is near the Swamp River Trail so that you can walk your dog , the house has comfortable beds and is outfit fitted with all the essentials you need for a great stay

A beautifully restored historical home. Attention given to every detail. We walked to the coffee shop in the morning. A very easy stroll. There was no need for us to use our car because numerous shops and restaurants are a very short walk from the home. The backyard is private with a pool and hot tub. The front porch is wonderful to sit on the swing and watch the chickens across the street. If you have children, a very nice playground is across the street. This will be our go to place when we come down to visit our grandchildren.

My stay was very pleasant, the host was always attentive. The house is just as advertised, everything corresponds, it was in perfect condition, I would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay and I look forward to visiting again. Pros: the house is in a great location that is convenient to UGA, grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a peaceful and charming vibe and feels like home. The beds are super comfortable and the linens are nice, too. The rooms have fans and AC units for added comfort. The house does back up to a busy street so it can be a little loud during the day but is very quiet at night. The surroundings are beautiful. One area for potential improvement would be to add additional cutlery and general kitchen utensils as well as adding a curtain over the glass door to the master bedroom. Bottom line: I would stay at this property again if in Athens!

Great two evenings spent at Michael's place! Can't beat the location, walkable so much and never felt unsafe. Michael was very responsive and helpful answering any questions via text that came up. You can tell he's worked hard on renovating the place and it's beautiful!

Booked the same day and Raiden was super helpful and quick to reply! The home was very clean and comfortable, would definitely rebook again!

Moonshine Bay was the perfect place to spend the holidays. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. We loved the outdoor space and hope to return when the weather warms up for the water sports! Thank you Jamie for a memorable vacation.

A great place to stay with friends or a family. The house itself has a good set up for spending time with people. The view of the lake also has a view of the side of the neighbors house, but it still 100% worth the price

We had a great time at this lake house. The double-layer dock is amazing and it is in a very beautiful and peaceful location. The home was very comfortable for our group of 8. Christy is a great host who offered excellent communication and was very friendly and helpful.

The home was beautiful, the pictures did not even do it justice. The accommodations were more than I even expected, with the cornhole boards and other games, very nice cookware, and a throw blanket for each person in my family on the chilly evenings made it so cozy! The company went out of their way to make sure I had coffee with a winter storm coming in the evening I was arriving. I can’t wait to stay there again when there is not snow and ice outside. I’m sure it is even more beautiful in the spring and summer, but the winter time views definitely didn’t disappoint!

Johanna is probably the most amazing Airbnb host I've encountered. Super responsive and helped us even a week out from our trip. We were traveling with elderly parents and a caregiver. Johanna helped us plan ahead in terms of where people would sleep, arranged for ramps, a wheelchair, walker, etc. and communicated readily when I asked questions. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ample outdoor seating, and felt right at home inside.

Luis’s place was great, clean and a good location - just we needed. He was also very responsive and a courteous host. We’d gladly stay again!

We rented for guests that were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. Guests report Veena’s place was clean, had everything they needed during their short time there, and had plenty of sleeping space.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. My wife liked the accessories in the kitchen. She felt like she was in her kitchen. We will be back again.

We stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home to visit with children who live in the surrounding areas. So unique, everything you need and spotlessly clean. Terry has included so many thoughtful extras in his home. It truly was our home away from home. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s throughout the country and House 564 is our favorite. We visited so many of Terry’s suggestions and ate at Clayton’s wonderful restaurants. We loved downtown Clayton and the fact that it was so close. This was a new experience for us. We usually spend a couple of months in Florida during the winter. Thank you Terry for helping us have such a great time. You will love his home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was as described - very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that it was surrounded by trees on a very peaceful street, but also close to the town square. Also a plus that we got to park our car in the garage! Beth has been a great host. We accidentally left an item behind and she has been a big help in getting it back to us!

We spent Christmas weekend at the Stratford house and it was perfect for our family to have our own place, while being able to visit extended family nearby. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Byron and Thessa were helpful and communicative. We would definitely enjoy staying again.
