Holiday rentals with beach access in Elbe

The apartment is very nice and very well equipped. The bathroom is a little small, but probably comes from the building fabric. The view will be fabulous. However, we will go directly back to the Baltic Sea beach, walks here on the Haffstrand are too short.

Beautiful apartment well equipped, big plus sauna, pool and hot tub in the building included. Close walking distance to the sea. Recommended! 😍

It was a short weekend visit and the apartment was really great for that.

The apartment was really very nice and stylishly furnished as well as perfectly equipped. The beach was quick and within walking distance. The surroundings are pleasantly quiet and therefore perfect for a few days away. We felt very comfortable immediately and would come back any time.

We spent a week at Villa Groth. The booking was straightforward, and we received all the necessary information in advance for check-in and reservation of the parking space. Check-in was very quick, so we had the keys right after we arrived. The house are beautifully modernized and furnished. We felt right at home. The villa is very close to the beach, and there are many good restaurants in the area. Therefore, meals are not a problem. The kitchen is also very well equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We highly recommend the place. It was a lovely stay, and we will definitely book a place from OSTKüSTE again.

A top apartment - we immediately felt comfortable! Cleanliness - as you wish, amenities - modern, comfortable, well thought out with plenty of space, just nice, communication - Meike has arranged everything well, quickly and easily, location - shops, restaurants and the great beach are within walking distance and the sunny balcony is quietly located to the back overlooking the countryside . Dear Friederike, thank you so much for letting us stay with you. Our vacation was able to start shortly after parking. I really liked your quick response to one or the other query. So I was able to solve a problem hand in hand. Your place is great. The balcony must be a dream on sunny days. One day we brought a frozen pizza... I read the instructions: "... oven..." We are not in this apartment for the first time and are therefore always coming back because we find the accommodation great for our clients, because the communication with Dan works best because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent out with a dog, but we vacuum and mop every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a top apartment and is a top landlord. 👍We'd love to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August at the beginning of September. 👍❤️

We spent a week with 8 adults and 2 children in the beautiful house of Leila and Tobias and had a wonderful time. The house is simply a dream and offers plenty of space for such a large round. The amenities are great ( kitchen appliances, coffee machine, games, towels,... it's all there and much more. ) The decor is cozy, so you feel right at home. The location is ideal for things to do. The contact with Leila is very pleasant and very friendly. There is a quick answer and solution for all the questions. It was all perfect for us and if we rent a house again with all the children and grandchildren we will book it again.

Lovingly furnished apartment, everything you could need is available. At night, the boiler in the bathroom starts from time to time, which was no problem at all with earplugs. Less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach or steep coast, yet quiet. Fast and friendly communication with Claudia. I had a very nice, relaxing few days and would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable all around! The place is really very cozily furnished and perfectly equipped. There was nothing missing! You can tell that even the smallest details have been thought of. The parents and the one-year-old child were delighted with the small great children's kitchen, the books and the amenities! Thank you for this! The absolute highlight was of course also the beautiful sauna and the uncomplicated use! We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it!

We were in the cozy house in frosty temperatures with two dogs. We were able to walk well on the natural beach. When the minus temperatures diverged, cycling towards Travemünde, Boltenhagen and further on the immediately adjacent bike path was great. We did not get to meet Maximilian personally, but all the information was available and he is available. Gladly again, thank you so much for letting us use the house.

For the two of us it was a great and quiet stay over New Year's Eve together with our dog. We searched for peace and found it too - connected to a beautiful accommodation with nature in the surrounding area. A perfect base for long walks. The apartment was very clean, more than well furnished and the contact with Thilo was great. We will come back and can only recommend the apartment!

Holger is a host, Responds quickly, is friendly and helpful. The place is super close to the beach, Parking was also great right in front of the property . There is also oil and spices available. Excellent big beautiful bathroom👍👍👍

Communication and also check-in with Bettina was great. She is super friendly, explained everything to you upon arrival and even sent excursion tips as a message. As soon as we enter the apartment we felt very comfortable. The beds were super comfy. We were also more than pleased with the welcome surprise with the personalized cups. The departure and the view of the Baltic Sea and the pier were very difficult for us. We will travel to Grömitz again to vacation there and if possible again with Bettina.

The stay at the apartment was very nice. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. It is very well located, the beach and restaurants are within walking distance.

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

The apartment was as described and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The location is great and the beach can be reached very quickly on foot! The contact with Klaus was very friendly and easy. The only thing that was a bit silly for us as a family with two children was that it is very clairaudient. Otherwise, everything was great!

My son and I were at the North Sea with our dog for the first time. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the Trischendamm is easy to reach, even a short climb to the kite or collect mussels, long hikes through sheep meadows on the dyke... quiet and relaxed, the mini golf course right next door, in the evening we played cards by the fireplace, very cozy. Our dog also felt immediately comfortable. In the apartment everything was available, very clean. Bianca always answered messages in a timely manner should any questions arise. We will definitely be back and can definitely recommend the apartment.
