Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Elba

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea to the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen is compact and working for this apartment size. The village is easy to reach on foot, the climb is also easily doable after a dinner in the village. The parking in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bathroom linens are offered, this must be brought along.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very good rental a few steps from a nice little beach for the family! The shaded garden is very well maintained (+ barbecue and outdoor shower). Despite the language barrier, Gian Luigi answered all our questions. Recommended!!

The accommodation Vesuvius, although small, is more than enough for two people, equipped with all the comforts it was like being at home, the kitchen was equipped with everything, there were also the essentials for cooking such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The bathroom was super clean and, for the way we visit the island in winter, equipped with heating. Exceptional terrace to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the splendor of the Gulf of Procchio. Just a few steps from the sandy beach, it's also recommended for those who want to take advantage of the many trails in the area. Angela is an exceptional host, she welcomed us warmly, immediately putting us at ease and making us find everything we needed for breakfast the following days. Thanks Angela, we will definitely be back !

The place is functional and very clean, the location is really wonderful.

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is an excellent example of what it means to take care of guests. Everything is very clean, organized, apartment with everything you need and more. In addition, the owner made recent general improvements (the shower tray criticized in other reviews was new), new washing machine, new air conditioning. Great value, absolutely recommended!

We found a clean, cosy and accommodation that meets our expectations. Frederica was very reliable and pleasant in communication. We were very interested in the island kitchen, in which we enjoyed cooking together. The rooms could easily be heated with the air conditioning (we were there in January). Overall everything is great, a very nice stay that Frederica and her apartment contributed to. Thank you!

Villa Tina in Capoliveri exceeded our expectations. Well-maintained house, good and tasteful furnishings, a small paradise. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

The accommodation has a really unique location: very panoramic, very central, although quiet for sleep and well served. Great air conditioning and the terrace is great. The possibility of using the garage, nearby, was essential given the difficulty of parking in Porto Azzurro. Michele is always available and collaborative. We have some maintenance issues, but it happens at the end of the season We'll be back!

The experience in Paolo's Bouganville apartment was beautiful ! The apartment is really a few meters from Innamorata beach and offers everything you need, the large livable terrace is a real gem ... we loved it! For sports enthusiasts, a short walk from the apartment you will find marked trails to reach the mines both by bike and on foot. Paolo was a very kind, friendly host and attentive to all our needs ! She welcomed us like old friends and made us feel at home. We recommend going to dinner at your restaurant in Capoliveri, high-quality cuisine and elegance in the rooms and service ! We will be back, next time in 3 💙

We were family with 5 children. Apartment for us top, as described and well equipped, for the price was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino lovey city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino.
