Super nice house. Very accessible to get to. We had a detail with the hot water but nothing left to the stay so pleasant we had .

Place is as shown in photos, clean and easy walk to the beach through Riu resorts and the provided umbrella and chairs are a great touch. The sunset on the rooftop is beautiful and the pool was great in the morning and evening. Apartment view is also great and the space is filled with light. Great option if you don’t like all inclusive stays. In the heat, it’s better to have a car but there are a couple restaurants that are walkable for dinner about 15-20 minutes. Angelica, the property manager was a great communicator and flexible.

This is a great location for a family, couples and friends. when you go in through the two car garage it's like you just drove into a private compound. Pool and sun exposure is excellent all day. Kitchen is a little rustic, but there is also a separate barbecue station with bar and bar stools- all downstairs. Upstairs there are Two ensuite bedrooms, with large walk in closets/bathroom combo. One Room has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The second bedroom has two fulll size beds. There is also a gorgeous Lanai upstairs where you can sit and see all of Cabo, as the sun goes down. My one caution is for people with young kids that don't swim - due to the easy accessibility to the pool. Plus Oscar is amazingly responsive, and will work with you on check in/out times. I would definitely rent this location again.

We are regulars at Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Rose so we were excited to try their new Mavila Villas and absolutely loved it! The villa was brand new, never used. The backyard space with the private heated pool is where we spent most of our time with our toddler. It was nice to have access to all of the resort amenities like the pools and restaurants yet be able to get away and have our own private space to enjoy as a family. As a Mavila guest, all of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts provide you with a 20% discount when dining at their restaurants. Something we never had as regular resort guests so this was a really nice perk that we took advantage of a lot! The villa had top notch appliances, was spotless and comfortable. The management team made check in super easy and were very communicative throughout our trip. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to have a great trip!

This was the perfect stay for my fiancé and I to stay. It was a lovely condo with a beautiful view. It a short walk to the water and the pool was literally outside of our door. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. They even offered help if needed for anything to do with the wedding we were attending. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was brand new and impeccably clean, making it a truly comfortable experience.
