Casa Kotka gave us memorable days. We had the desire to take a special trip with our dogs. We chose this place thinking about them and were very welcome with our furry children. I think the evaluations do not live up to the experience you have during the stay, which goes beyond the house. Ocean Park is a very beautiful place and full of nature, which conveys a lot of peace. The beach is very close to the house and boasts a natural vegetation coastline that is breathtaking. The house is very cozy and allows us to disconnect from the day-to-day rush. Kotka House surprised us. Punta del Este is also very close for those who are by car, so if you want to take a more hectic ride, it is also possible. Victoria is a lovely host. sure we'll come back.

The apto is very nice , it has everything you need for a good stay . The terrace overlooking the mansa beach is exceptional , especially to see the sunsets . We would come back 🤩

All as the descriptions and photos, apartment and modern building, close to one of the shoppings and less than 5 minutes from Mansa beach by car. The view is wonderful, seeing the sunsets there is very nice. Elena has been attentive and worried about attending to us well always.

Everything is very good! The apartment is very good located with everything you need to spend a few days of beach. Pablo was always attentive to our queries and responded quickly. The only detail is that it lacked cleaning items to be able to maintain the depto, which is usually left behind. Anyway, I recommend it!!
