Holiday houses in El Tecuan

We were in awe when we walked into the house. It was like stepping back into an ancient period of time, and yet it felt comfortably modern. We enjoyed ourselves immensely in this beautiful city during the day and always had a welcoming haven to return to on the evening. We enjoyed all the amenities Rob provided, especialy the pool. Thanks Rob, we hope we can return again some day.

Jack’s property is a little slice of paradise in a great town. We loved going out in Ajijic, but also felt like we should be spending more time at Casa Coca…it’s so nice and relaxing. Perfect setting and a perfect stay…thank you Jack!

excellent stay I had at your establishment. Everything was spotless, from the room to the facilities in general, highlighting the cleanliness and quality of all the amenities, it really was a high quality experience that exceeded my expectations, would go back and I highly recommend it.

this was my 2nd time staying in this airbnb. Great apartment and hosting. well appointed and well laid out, very clean. the only issue, which is not uncommon Ajijic, was the barking dogs nearby and the road noise, especially in the front room. I'm a good sleeper so managed but it could be a factor for some. Barking dogs seem to be ok with locals...to me, it's tedious after a while. That said, I would stay in this apartment again. It is well located on the mountainside, which I prefer. The uphill walk isn't too bad and it's minutes into town. Maria (local host) was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again.

Marina was very friendly, she always checked on us if we needed anything. She gave us many suggestions to eat and shop. All an all an amazing stay an host.

The house is quite nice, unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the pool because it was extremely cold, the solar panels do not supply to heat the water that I didn't like it so much because my son is what he takes advantage of the most. I actually wash house with a pool for it. The rest of the house is very pleasant, clean and very comfortable to rest. If I would rent it again but only in the spring. The host was always attentive to everything, honestly it gives you a lot of peace of mind.

Very comfortable, it is within a very quiet coto, the only noise is of some trucks; because it is on the road, about 10 minutes walking to the center of the village.

Wide, well-equipped and comfortable cabin. Carlos is a great host, very kind and attentive, considering that we had everything we needed.
