Excellent accommodation and an excellent host, everything was as mentioned and had extras not indicated in the description

Otto’s place is a lovely home with an amazing view over the ocean from the patio and the pool. It’s a great spot for a family vacation. There is a patio beside the pool so lots of room for everyone. The community felt very safe and the grounds are lovely. We had the Xanadu beach mostly to ourselves during the week, a bit less so on weekends. Otto is an attentive and helpful host and good communicator. He worked immediately to solve an issue that arose and made sure it was taken care of. The location is central to grocery stores and good restaurants but once you are at the villa, it feels private. And its lovely to hear the sound of the waves. The only negative might be the occasional sound of the large truck brakes on the highway above, they can get loud – but don’t let that deter you, its just a heads up.

This place is beautiful. It's quiet and private and close to many local restaurants. The AC works great, tvs work great, the shower water was hot and the beds were comfortable. I want to bring our family back here !

I had an excellent experience. The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures, ideal for resting. The host was very kind and attentive, always willing to help with any questions. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to surrounding neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'll come back if we have a chance!

This is a beautiful ranch! The house is in a very peaceful area right on the beach. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Both the beds and the bedding were new. The caretaker Omar and Susana were very attentive and friendly. This house was very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen along with an amazing pool. Beautiful private spot on the beach. Balmore was very friendly and helpful when needed. The place was a great lay out and had great access to little markets near by and quick access to the beach.

I stayed at Rebecca’s with 7 of my friends and it was one of the most amazing weekend trips! The outdoor space in the house is the highlight. There are numerous areas to lounge and relax with beach views. There is easy access to El Zonte beach. The caretaker Ana was so helpful and nice! We ordered breakfast every morning and it was so delicious and convenient. Would recommend staying here!

Lots of natural light, big windows. Gorgeous pool that was cleaned every day Close to El Tunco Supermarket, coffee, food across the street Beachfront Host always around & extremely helpful Yard maintained very well Gated & fenced. Always felt safe.

The service from Veronica was excellent and efficient also her husband was very helpful when asking for suggestions. Both were very pleasant and polite!

Beautiful waterfront house! The host was super friendly and her dad too. Everything was as described. We loved spending a little time in the hammock and pool. Next time will stay longer there. I highly recommend it!

We have had the best with a group of friends, we enjoy the clean and impeccable facilities, we loved the direct access to the sea and in general, it is a beautiful ranch, finally mention that Rosa is the host that any traveler is looking for, friendly, proactive, polite and always willing to help guests. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful hosts! They were very communicative and understanding. The home was beautiful and spacious enough for 10 people. It had all the essentials and amenities to feel at home. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the amazing hosts and their staff!

I'm in love with that place, it seems like I was in paradise. I felt short on time. I reserved one night and it wasn't enough. It's beautiful. The pools are perfect, but the beach is private and the most beautiful thing. I was fascinated by the place. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens are very beautiful. Very friendly people, good communication, just one point, the security guard at the entrance was not friendly, an arrogant person, it's a shame. But for the rest everything is fine, it's the best experience I've had on the platform.

Our stay at Paradiso Escondido was amazing, located just a two minute walk from La Playa Shalpa. It’s a private beach in a cove with a lifeguard on the weekends. Manuel was great with communication and Maria, the caretaker was so helpful with orienting us to the area ans helping us when needed. There is plenty of parking and the house is perfect for a large group. There was plenty of space to repax and enjoy quality time with family. The pool area is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
