Beachfront holiday rental in El Sunzal

I stayed here with my husband and our two young kids. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The neighborhood was very safe. The private beach was an easy walk from the house and the drive to El Tunco beach was short. Otto was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and will recommend to others!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely fantastic, and we spent so much time enjoying it. My daughter and grandmother were especially fond of the hammock, often relaxing there together and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The aesthetic of the place was stunning — it had such a cozy, stylish vibe that made us feel right at home. The cleaning staff that came on the second day were also lovely. They were so kind and even sat down with my grandma while I stepped out for a bit, which was such a nice touch. We really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was throughout our stay. It made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

The place is just like the description and photos - a spacious and comfortable house. The family who takes care of the property was very friendly and attentive to help us, as were the hosts who were pending. Very helpful directions to get there. Highly recommended!

Graciela prepared nearly all of our meals, and they were absolutely delicious. Jose went out of his way to help us gather coconuts and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Gorgeous location right on the beach. My girlfriend and I loved our stay. Enjoyed some great surfing right out front and romantic nights laying on the outdoor furniture staying up at a brilliant night sky. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to nearby neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'd come back if we had a chance!

My stay at Malibu Ranch was exactly what my family needed. We visited for my cousin’s wedding, and with 12 of us, there was more than enough space for everyone to move around comfortably. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and relaxing stay. The house features a spacious kitchen inside and a great outdoor BBQ area near the pool, making it easy to cook whenever needed. Omar, our host, was fantastic—he opened the gate for us as needed, attended to all our requests, and even helped us arrange a cook to prepare fried fish for lunch, which was absolutely delicious. Across the street, there’s a small local store that we recommend stopping by to show some love and support. Both the pool and the beach were amazing. Just be cautious not to venture too far into the ocean, as the currents can be strong. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend Malibu Ranch for a memorable getaway!

Traveling from Guatemala, Erick a superhost. Atento and available to help during our stay. The house is quite big and clean, the photos don't do it justice for what we could enjoy. I will really come back to stay again when I returned to El Salvador. Rossy, very helpful and kind. A very quiet and clean beach. I recommend it with your eyes closed.

All the good comments and good ratings this place has are well deserved. The house is large enough to host all the people it allows, it is practically like having two houses because the first level has all the basics, kitchen, rooms etc.. and the second level is exactly as equipped, with rooms, another kitchen and another refrigerator. Manuel, who is the guardian, is waiting for everything they need all the time and is an extremely friendly person, all the good comments about the are real. They had an extra detail with us and is that in the place there was a Karaoke team that apparently did not work, immediately without asking them, they went to buy us another to be able to enjoy it, it was a detail that we really appreciated. As extra comments: In front of the condominium there is a Supe Selecto where you can find everything you can find in a large supermarket.

What a find! This airbnb was absolutely beautiful and had such amazing amenities. This is airbnb is right on the water with a great view of the beach. The place was clean and had a beautiful yard filled with palm trees. The house is SPACIOUS and has so many extra places for friends and families to stay and hangout. The place was perfect to enjoy not only with guests but being able to bring other family and friends to enjoy the place. Emilio who takes care of the place was extremely generous with his time and was very attentive with any needs we had. Plus the house dog Oso was the perfect addition to our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

Dinora’s place was great! The only thing better was her kindness and hospitality! We loved walking to the nearby restaurant and beach. It was also great to be able to enjoy the outdoor living area and her pool! Also, Isaiahs was always available to help us with the couple needs we had and was so kind as well. Even with our bad Spanish! I recommend you spending some time here and enjoying Atami for sure. I’m glad we did!

One of the highlights was the adorable little chickens roaming around, adding such a charming and unique touch to our stay. The entire property was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and truly exceeded our expectations. Swinging in the hammocks with the sound of the waves in the background was pure bliss—it was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the stunning views. Loved our stay and would definitely return! The space was beautiful and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach, a local outdoor restaurant, and vendor stands. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. 😊

It was an oasis! Driving through the gate you are greeted to a hidden oasis of perfectly manicured green lawn, tropical flowers, palm trees and at the centre of it all, a modern home. The house was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. It was fresh and clean with an all white theme and pops of colour in beautiful art work. Beds were comfortable. The master was spacious and could easily accommodate a family of 4. Ada was very responsive before our arrival and Raoul took care of us during our stay. He greeted us with fresh coconut drinks and was always floating around the property to answer any questions. My only issue was out of control of the owners. At high tide the beach was very steep. We enjoy taking long walks so we had to wait until low tide to have hard flat walking surface. At low tide you also get to see all the shells! The water was beautifully warm but undertow and rip tides are important to learn about before you go swimming. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near the beach! The place was private, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The locals were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There was so much to do nearby, from exploring the town to enjoying the beach. The private beach access was definitely the highlight—it felt like our own little paradise! The only thing I would love to see improved is the entrance and exit setup. There are two gates, but only the farthest gate is available for entry due to personnel reasons, which made it slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d absolutely come back!

This place was absolutely breathtaking, even more beautiful in person. The check in process was quite easy. Margarito the caretaker was extremely helpful. Near the residence there are many vendors where you can buy food. The location was private and the beach was beautiful. One thing we were bummed about but nothing to do with the house, We drove from Guatemala and traffic was terrible. What should have been a 3 hour drive max turned into over 5+ hours. Keep traffic in mind.

we had an amazing stay here for 6 adults. I don't think the pictures do the space justice. It was very modern and clean. there always seems to be someone on the property incase you need help. The property is located right on the beach and what a gorgeous beach it was, there are restaurants a quick walk away if you don't want to bother driving and El Tunco is a short uber drive as well. it's very close to a shopping center with a supermarket and tons of great restaurants to get breakfast and lunch. Overall I would love to come back!

My whole family stayed at Nestbeach for New Years for 3 nights. It was wonderful and we had a great time. The house is big and the rooms are large and each room has its own bathroom and is very clean. Each room has air conditioning and the kitchen is large and well equipped. It is a very safe place. The police station is very close and the young man who runs the place is very kind and respectful. Most importantly, it is right in front of the beach. I highly recommend it.
