Our stay here was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. We especially loved being right next to a well-connected metro station, which made getting around the city easy. While some unhoused individuals were near the building, they were quiet and kept to themselves, which never impacted our experience. Highly recommend Annare' Pizzeria Napoletana across from the apartment!

We had a great time. The apartment was very nice and well located in the Poblenou area that we were discovering. Thanks to Didier who warmly welcomed us!

This apartment was just perfect! the absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace and enjoyed staying here a lot. Communication with Andre was always easy and he was helpful with everything. I can recommend staying here and I can hopefully come back soon!

This place was awesome! Excellent location, not too loud as its on the 5th floor, spacious, nice bathroom and the manager is extremely friendly! Would absolutley stay here again! Only downside is you have to pay the hospitality taxes in cash, not through the app.

Ivan and Fabrice’s penthouse was fantastic. It was immaculately clean, adorably decorated and VERY comfortable beds. Fabiola was the local connection and she was so friendly and helpful (The only issue we had with check-in was a little language barrier between us and Fabiola. This was resolved easily with use of google translate)! The apartment was in a great location! It was steps from The Segrada Familia. Only a 10 minute cab ride to virtually anything else in the city. The metro and buses were also steps away and easy to use. Upon booking the penthouse Ivan and Fabrice provide you with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore Barcelona!

Ana was a really great host, she was welcoming and friendly and very attentive.Her house is especially beautiful and looks even better than the pictures.It can be seen that Ana has thoughtfully designed the room.The bed in the bedroom was the best time to sleep.You can see the finishing touches in every corner of the room.Ana called her friend to greet us when she first arrived and was nice.Also helped us get a taxi to the airport after we left.Convenient location, bus and subway can reach the scenic spot.It is surrounded by shopping malls and a big supermarket, restaurants taste good and cheap price.Really recommend Ana's house and was happy to spend 2 days of vacation at her home.

The penthouse is beautifully situated - private, spacious, wonderful terrace, great neighborhood. What stands out the most is the amazing architecture of the building both inside and out it’s a piece of historical art. Carles provided everything for comfort. He is a responsive and accommodating host. We truly enjoyed our stay in this uniquely decorated penthouse!

Stay in En Ville was excellent. Accomodation was as described but Mateo and the staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful. We were able to drop luggage off early and leave it in the office after check out. We also ate at their Tapas place, Bar Costa, which was also very good and close by. I’ll be back.

Perfect apartment. Lovely quiet location and close to the half marathon start. Close enough to all attractions and good restaurants etc but peaceful local area. Second time visiting and we hope to stay again. Thank you!

Outside of the apartment being absolutely stunning, Fabienne was by FAR the friendliest, most communicative host I've ever had on AirBnB. She went above and beyond in all aspects of her communications. On our last night, my husband and I locked ourselves out of the apartment by accident. Fabienne was unfortunately out of town, but not to worry! She called her cleaning lady and within 30 minutes, the cleaning lady's son traveled to the apartment to let us in. It was close to midnight and we were so utterly grateful for this service! In regards to the actual apartment itself, you couldn't ask for a better location. Right in the heart of the Plaça Reial, it was a joy to be there during Christmas showcasing all the holiday decor. The plaça itself is quite busy, but during December, it had the perfect amount of low city hum. My mother was staying with us and she's accustomed to warmer weather so Fabienne brought an extra space heater just for her! What service! Fabienne is a GEM!

Excellent location for sightseeing. You can enjoy your stay as if you were a local in this comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery. The hosts are very accustomed to dealing with guests. The only thing I would say is that the washing machine does not have a drying function and it is difficult to dry the clothes outside, so it might be better to bring a washing line.

A very cool place to stay in Barcelona! Hosts were wonderful! Very good communication and provided recommendations for food and activities, the even included trains to take! This cute and charming home makes you feel welcome! The beds were amazing and it was close to so many activities! Highly Recommended!

We spent some incredible days at Edu's house. Each room is beautiful, and it looks like each one beats the previous one in charm and style. The terrace is undoubtedly the jewel of the house; it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In addition, it has a fully equipped gym, which was very helpful for us. The house has everything you need and more, making our stay really comfortable and special. Edu is a top notch host, very attentive and helpful. He made sure that we didn't miss anything and made us feel right at home from the moment. Her dedication and kindness were noted in every detail. The location is ideal in a quiet area, but with close public transport, which makes mobility a lot easier to explore the area smoothly. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and special stay. Thank you, Edu, for everything!”

Good communication throughout and clear instructions. Apartment finished to a high standard with good amenities and spotlessly clean. Rooftop terrace is a wonderful space to relax and the apartment is a short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes). Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Use of communal swimming pool but we didn’t use this as preferred the beach. Short walk to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The ramblas is within a 10 minute walk with a small supermarket across the street and larger supermarket and bakery within a ten minute walk. We enjoyed the resort and our 5 night stay and the apartment is easily accessible by train from Barcelona or the airport. We will return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thankyou Mark.

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.
