The apt of Martin was excellent for our stay for Christmas and New Year we really enjoyed the fireworks from the terrace and the proximity to shopping and poitos, we had a great time with our pet

The pocitos neighborhood was perfect. A bus on a street corner took us to the old town, the apartment is on the corner of La Résistance bakery which is excellent (closed on Mondays) and very close to a grocery store and fruit shop. There is a market on Sundays at Parc Rodo which is near and in front of the apartment on Wednesdays. We are also walking distance from Ramirez beach with its wonderful sunsets. In short, it's a great base camp to discover Montevideo. The apartment is very well equipped and you feel like you are at a friend's place.

Excellent accommodation and hostess

Very cozy apartment. Clean, organized and wide. Kitchen equipped. We travel with family and feel at home. Well located for public transport and various shops on the street (bakery, market, restaurant). We did not find the host, but all support for the stay has been offered with excellence. I recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful and very careful apartment, with personal furniture and ornaments, books, board games, two TVs, washing machines, etc. Well located in Pocitos close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment also has a nice balcony to have breakfast or hang out.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, it is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. The area is great, a few meters from the beach, with all kinds of businesses nearby. Luján was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

A simple, quiet place for rest and shelter in summer nights. In a nice area and close to the most striking of the proposals of the department "la Rambla" where hikes, sports and sunsets accompany An excellent place for a few days of relaxation.

Excellent! Everything matches as in the description, the Superhost score, the photos and features mentioned in the house, all as it is published. Light and water are paid for separately, but it is very accessible. The house is very comfortable, ideal for resting and excellent location.

Daniel is a great host, always willing and friendly, happy to have a conversation with him and listen to him. It helped us in everything, including healing our dog who was bitten on the beach for the carelessness of another dog's owner (if they go to Biarritz, extreme pet care!). La Casita is in the dune, the environment is a manicured garden, you leave the garden and walk very few meters until you see the beach and go down to the sea. It is a nice and quiet beach.

Martin's house was a surprise. There is creativity in everything they did. We had an excellent time. Lots of spaces to be and to which ones are nicer and tastefully. It has a place with a grill tree, chivitera and bread oven that is like being outside and inside at the same time. At night the lights are well thought out. This is an easy house. Everything saved in logical places. An intuitive house. And Martín a loving truth everything helped her to have a great time.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Ideal for going with friends or in a group. Best of all, the garden, very spacious and with a very nice grill. Lucia and Cristina were always attentive and responsive. As the only detail, they left a single key, which for the logistics of a large group is complicated; and the reservation did not include any sheets or towels. But I would definitely come back and recommend it

The apartment is centrally located. Plaza Independencia, Teatro Solis, Palacio - everything is in walking distance. Marcelo was kind enough to shop for us as we arrived at Christmas and had all the restaurants and markets closed. So we found a stocked fridge, which we were very grateful for. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We would stay here again and again and can fully recommend the booking.

This is the second time that we have stayed in the apartment and it is just like the photos and their description We had an inconvenience at the time of entry and Ornella the host responded in good shape It's definitely a place we'd go back to.

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
