The area where the depto is located is of high-level neighborhoods, it is not located near the beach but how important security is has it. The apartment is small but with all the amenities, very equipped in every way, only by way of recommendation would improve the heating system since it is insufficient and would improve aesthetic details such as the condition of the curtains and the sofa bed!

A really nice stay, the apartment was very well equipped, the area and the view incredible, beaches close by (both walking and bus). I went with my partner and had an amazing time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars, recommended. Wishing to return...

Magdalena's house is just like the photos, it is a cozy, beautiful, bright place and has an exquisite gazebo for outdoor living. She's always available to resolve issues and is super quick to reply to messages. It is a highly recommended place, which we will probably return to in the future.

Excellent location, everything was impeccable. We felt comfortable, just like at home. There was plenty to do near the accommodation area. Would we go back? Of course! Best of all, the privacy.

Dept. very good location and in a private and closed enclosure, but the best, the view and the garden. Being able to open the curtains from the room and seeing the sea a few meters away is relaxing, added to, the possibility of making an asado in the garden next to my lady and our pet was why we select this depto.

We spent 3 months in the apartment. The host was very responsive and instantly helped with all our questions. The apartment had everything you need, including cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, towels. The Internet is fast enough for work, the sofa in the living room is suitable for sleeping for children or a short person, but for others it is short. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The washing machine is on the ground floor of the building and payable on site. The building itself is new, pleasant, with a good guarded area, children's and adult swimming pool ( not heated). The balcony of our apartment overlooked the highway, but the view was not bad. Sleeping at night with an open balcony can be a little noisy. A step away from the house there is a supermarket, a dune, a park. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, but the descent is quite steep. In the summer, the wind always blew near the house and it saved us from the stuffiness. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

Recommended accommodation. Clean place, very friendly hosts, 24h security, ocean view, quiet place, mido 1.9 and the armchair was very comfortable for sleeping. Accommodation 100% recommended. Greetings!!
