Very nice modern apartment and very spacious. Refurbished apartment, very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Very nice bathroom with modern shower and heated floor. It's quiet in a clean and secure residence. After 2 months in Oran and 6 Airbnb this is the best place I've ever lived in. Samer the host is very kind, professional and he is responsive to all requests. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable, we go beyond the standard of hotel service. Very clean and very very spacious apartment. We really appreciated Nabil's attention to detail (hygiene kit, hot and cold drinks). The accommodation is very well equipped, we did not lack for anything! He was very responsive and accommodating for check-in. Underground parking is a real advantage in the neighborhood.

Listing was as described. Clean , large , functional , in a good location! A breathtaking view. The on-site caretakers are very helpful and always available. We were safe, same for the vehicle in the parking lot. Youcef who gave us the keys was responsive and very friendly. I recommend this accommodation. Everything was smooth from beginning to end.

Spacious apartment very well equipped very clean functional! we opted for the apartment seen on the sea!Secure beach👍 site a few meters away on foot AZIZ to a very responsive STAF also for any activity!! We will keep fond memories of our stay at this property and will be back! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with Amina at the residence and straight away asked how was our journey and then proceeded to show us around the residence where she showed us the swimming pool and the apartment. As we were leaving we asked Amina to stay a bit longer due to lack of sleep and she accepted and allowed us to stay for a bit longer. Overall a straight 10 and would love to recommend and come back.
