Upon arrival there was a small confusion due to the traffic and the exact location, since we did not know that area of caracas. Mrs. Tania is a beautiful person, very polite and cordial. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and safe, with private parking and all its amenities. I would definitely visit again.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!! Yai and her family are EXCELLENT hosts. We were a group and felt right at home 🤩 they are totally willing to help in everything. Very close is a very good Playa called "Bikini" (3min). and 30min approximately is an extraordinary silver called " Chichiriviche de la Costa" (IT IS VERY GOOD). The beach has a river next door and is beautiful😍. If you want to spend unforgettable moments with all your family or friends, I highly recommend this place. I am very grateful to Yai and her family. May God always take care of them and guide them.

My mom who is an 86 year old was very comfortable and it was easy for her to get in, out and mobilize in the apartment and building. Harold is an amazing host! His place is quiet and very safe , in addition to being super central and you can all do it on foot . Upon our arrival, we were very kindly welcomed by the brother of the landlord and his wife. The conditions in the apartment were explained to us in detail. This included the functioning of all media, the Bluetooth system, the water tank, etc. We also found the filtered water from the tap to be fantastic. No matter where you are in this apartment, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and the wonderful Avila mountains. Our questions were always responded to promptly, e.g. a corkscrew was brought to us. There is also a small gym in the property, a swimming pool and sun loungers. We had wonderful weeks and felt very comfortable.
