Holiday houses in El Dosel

The location high on the Cumbre made our dream about blue Mediterannee and beautiful sunlight come true. We liked the practical decor and warm colors.

I will write an honest review ✍️ Casa Peponi is really incredibly beautiful! With a great unobstructed view of the sea, you immediately get a holiday feeling. We felt right at home from the moment one. We really (almost) didn't miss anything during the stay. Even a washing machine and dryer downstairs in the “basement” made the stay with children extra fantastic. Everything has been thought of, games, information about the neighborhood and beaches, a very equipped kitchen, smart TV with apps like Netflix, Disney+ and so on. We stayed with two small children (4 and 9 months) and it was wonderful to stay there. Highly recommended! What we missed was that the 2 bedrooms on the side of the terrace by the barbecue do not have good curtains (only linen translucent) so you can't get the rooms dark. We also missed a milk frother for a nice cappuccino in the morning. Tip from us for the next guests! Otherwise completely top stay!

What an amazing view! Couldn’t get enough of it. The house is well equiped and the host is very friendly. She is helpfull and replies quickly! Thank you for everything we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The whole apartment was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the terrace where you can enjoy afternoon sun and easily go to a calm and well-maintained pool area. Good garage for parking. The neighborhood was really peaceful and the center is within walking distance.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

We stayed at Teulada for a week in February, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The villa is located in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery, offering plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The property features a spacious garden with a heated pool, providing lot of space for relaxation. There are two parking spots for medium size cars... bit tight. The house itself is very spacious, especially on the ground floor, which is perfect for family gatherings, with comfortable couches and a large dining table. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, so there was never any waiting in line—a big plus! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining throughout the day. The entire villa was clean, free of any dampness, and equipped with fully functional air conditioning and heating in every room. Perfect and proactive communication with the host. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

We were very happy with the place. Everything was super clean and the location was really great! During the day we took a nice hike or lay by the pool. We would definitely recommend a car to get into the place from the cumbre del Sol…there are lovely restaurants and shops. Travel time about 10 minutes . We would definitely visit the place again.
