Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in El Dorado County

This is a beautiful house in Pollock Pines. We were two families with a couple of toddlers. The house has a lot of room for them to spend their energy and offered a lot of activities to play and engage with. The kids room with books and bunk beds was a hit. After Skiing during day time, we loved spending the evening in the living room around the fire. Nicole is a very proactive host and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend this place.

This house is so cute and comfortable! Just like the pictures. Plenty of room for our family of 3. Backyard was so pretty and peaceful. Beds are comfortable too! Loved our stay and Kelly was awesome. Very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was perfect for our family. Communication was amazing before, during, and after. The home came with all amenities that my family needed from a deck of cards, to a kitchen full of items like you have at your own home. The beds were comfy and the home was warm for us as it got colder outside. The view was beautiful on sunny days and when it snowed the beauty continued. We stayed at the house most of the time (because of our newborn) but very quick drive down to town. This was our first 3hr drive with our newborn AND stay outside of our home, and grandparents house. He did great and felt at home. The home was really a home away from home with everything you could really ask for. I would definitely stay again next time we come to South Lake Tahoe.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place! When we realized the room that my infant nephew was staying in was colder than the rest, he quickly gave us access to a space heater. The kitchen is very well stocked and has nice labels so you know where to put everything. There is a really fun trail (High Meadows) nearby that my family really enjoyed when we couldn’t go skiing because I broke my wrist snowboarding during the trip.

This air b&b is a convenient place to stay in Diamond Springs - 15min drive into Main Street Placerville, 20 min to amazing vineyards and 25 min to Folsom. We loved the fire pit and bocce, and felt like it was a great place for a family stay. We also very much appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and coffee, the responsiveness of the hosts, and a kitchen with everything you need. For any new parents out there, we were staying with a newborn and our pack and play fit well in the Master bedroom. They also supply a crib if needed, but we preferred our own. Thank you Ross Family!!

Check in process was easy, house was clean, clear instructions for check out provided in advance. Overall a positive experience!

This house was perfect! Everything you need for cooking a beautiful meal was available. There was space for the group to fellowship and also to find their “own” space when needed. Beautiful area

We stayed for 2 nights - 6 adults and 1 kid. Host was very responsive and gave us early check in. Place is dated but was renovated to have modern amenities inside. Very spacious and had a nice kitchen and large living area to hang out with family. AC units in each room (not centralized as expected due to age of building) but overall provided good heating except for 1 bathroom in the first floor. Somewhat walkable to Lake Tahoe Blvd but everything else is less than a 5min drive. Good value for money, will definitely stay again in the future.

What a lovely place to have as headquarters for all the activities we planned. The only partially negative thing I could say is that the mattresses were firm. That’s just personal preference, and I’d much rather have that be the case than too soft. We had an amazing stay! Definitely will book again. Very convenient location.

It was dark when we arrived but the next morning the view was literally breathtaking. It was the perfect place for the wife and I. If we ever go back to Tahoe I won’t hesitate to book Charles’ place again.

BOOK ASAP! Yes, this place has a reputation for its lengthy rules but they’re reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property is more gorgeous in person. Really, even the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice it’s really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property is breathtaking. The river was the cherry on top!! The sheets and blankets were fresh and smelled good. The house was spotless and has everything you need even a blender. Danika was incredible and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She responded to all of my messages and helped me and my family create lasting memories with our 3 year old son. I’m still day dreaming about this stay at coloma cottages to be honest and hope to be back soon (maybe when it’s not 100+degrees) thank you guys for an awesome vacation!

What a Wow of a place! Great location in SLT just steps from the beach, pier, and the hot tub. We were very impressed with the decor - the wood floors were spectacular. It was nice to feel like home because everything was where you would expect to find it. We really loved this place and would definitely book again - maybe in the summer next time (February this time). Dessi is a very responsive and kind host with a treasure trove of advice for travelers to Lake Tahoe.

we appreciated how friendly Cynthia and Bill were. Also appreciated all the labeled items and instructions. Bed was super comfortable and clean. Nice relaxing place. Wish we had more time to spend there.

Wonderful corner of the mountain home in the ridge. If you do not mind stairs and if you do have a dog or kids in tow, this is a cozy safe spot- as long as the road conditions allow it; right on the road to Stagecoach Lodge including a shuttle bus. Peaceful, scenic and the host was responsive and responsible for a nicely kept well maintained well constructed accommodation.

Thanks for a great stay! The place was clean, the fireplace was cozy, and the stagecoach heavenly ski lift was close by which was quite convenient.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this charming condo in the Tahoe area. The place was impeccably clean and had a very homey vibe, making us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, which made cooking a breeze. Despite arriving at night, we found the place easily, thanks to clear directions. While there are quite a few stairs to carry luggage up from the car, the effort is worth it. It's important to note that having a 4WD vehicle or chains is essential for navigating the roads during winter. However, once inside, the condo remained warm and cozy, even with outside temperatures dropping to 9 degrees. Our favorite feature was the direct access from the master bedroom to a snowy hill, perfect for sledding with the kids. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return for another family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described in the listing, which was perfect for traveling with our small family of three. We appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus stop right in front of the building, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, although there is no dishwasher. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot. Thank you for a great experience!

Dolores was an outstanding host and my family of four loved staying at her home. She responded quickly and was friendly. The location of the condo is ideal: Whole Foods across the street, short walk to the lake, safe and quiet resort complex; 7min drive to park and ski at Heavenly Mountain or Village Center. Her unit has free garage parking directly below, just up one flight of stairs. Down the hall to the right is the lobby. They have a roaring fire 24hrs a day and wonderful couch area for early morning quiet time. Also the lobby restrooms come in handy. Condo is newly remodeled, dimming lights throughout, pull out couch with built in inflatable mattress, heating blankets, separate heat for bedroom and living room, huge balcony with pass through to bedroom. Wonderful fireplace, reclining chairs. Super nice bathroom, heated mirror, beautiful tile. Plenty of towels, abundant kitchen supplies and great instructions from owner. We stayed at Cathi’s place for a weekend trip to Heavenly. There’s stairs to get to the house, but well worth it! The view of the lake was amazing, there’s even a telescope and we saw Mars at night, what an experience! We were two couples and the place is big, comfortable, and very spacious. Also, the boulder lodge parking lot is not even three minutes drive from the apartment. Very convenient to go snowboarding to heavenly from the Nevada side. 100% recommend!

Great location. Several minutes drive from Boulder and stagecoach lifts. The living area has a beautiful view of the lake and was one of our favorite things. We also loved the full sized kitchen. Bed was super comfortable. I felt right at home and had a very relaxing trip because of the space. Host was very responsive and had great local recommendations.
