Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Juan

Nice views from a wall of windows, the beds are excellent including allergy pillow cases, all supplies are there, Robert is responsive and helpful, showers are excellent, wi-fi in every room, big TVs in every room. Highly recommended!

Easy to find, exactly how pictures is, close to local Mall, la placita, Airport, and local Beaches.

Really nice place, super clean, close to nearby stations and landmarks, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a nice experience!

5/5 stars. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The rental unit was clean and has everything you beed like a kitchen and washer/dryer unit. The location itself was also perfect, not too far from the air port, la placita, or old san juan. Overall this was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was an excellent experience with Katheryn, Daurys and their Place. The photos were the same as the place I was looking for, but above all I want to thank them for their support and collaboration extending my stay in the face of a personal emergency.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Very responsive host and very proactive. The location is wonderful and surrounded by many good spots and easy to travel from.

Indy's Attic was the perfect place for our 5 night stay. It had everything we needed and was accessible to major highways, restaurants, places of interest, and only 4 minutes to the famous Plaza Las Americas, the largest mall in the Caribbean. Indy was the best host, always attentive, responsive, and super friendly. We felt welcome and treated like if we were her only guests. We recommend Indy's Attic and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great stay, very clean home!

Loved the place. It was clean, neat, and close to the locations we were going to. Host replied very quickly had clear instructions. This place is a gem and we had a great experience here. The only con would be is that you can hear everything outside as the windows are thin and the architecture of the windows in PR in general are built that way.

Stayed at this property for a girls trip and would definitely recommend! There was 6 of us and we all have enough space to be comfortable! The home is beautiful and in a space neighborhood. The home also has a two door locking method that allows for extra security. The home is located very close to the airport, beaches, party scene. So maybe a 10-15 min uber drive depending on destination! Only negatives were the guest shower door was missing so water kept getting on the floor. And the master bathroom had broken mirrors. All minor things! Lastly, the neighborhood has roosters that roam so if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs! We didn’t mind them though! Overall loved this Airbnb stay😊

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

First time in PR and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. They have all the amenities in the apt, sunscreen, beach chair, beach bag. It was perfect. Clean and cozy place to stay. Felt safe all the time. Walking distance to the beach and “La Placita”. I would definitely recommend. Hosts are responsive and would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to San Juan.

My partner and I stayed at Jose's place for a week and absolutely loved it. You will not get a better deal for the price, and Jose provides tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach toys, towels etc. The private beach area is large and relaxing, and there are many great restaurants within a short walking distance. Also, the included parking spot was a lifesaver. If you're looking to save a little money and not stay at a resort/hotel in Condado, I would highly recommend this place.

Very responsive and friendly to communicate with!

The location is perfect-Isla Verde is a beautiful beach and the Condo is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The building staff are very helpful and Uber is phenomenal. We rented a car for a couple of days to play golf and walk through Old San Juan. The bulding is quiet , clean and the pool is gorgeous.

This is a great home base for San Juan! The second bedroom is small but worked perfectly for our teenager or any single traveler. Having direct beach access and amenities like the gym, laundry and pool made our stay super comfortable.

We loved our three night stay at Ray’s place! There was plenty of room and privacy for our group of three couples. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of Condado and walking distance to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, nightlife, etc…without being right on Ashford Ave. We felt safe walking around the area at night, and the apartment felt very secure with the keypad entry door to the building and gated parking area. The beds were super comfy, the showers were hot with great water pressure, and the AC’s are amazing! We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well stocked and the appliances look brand new. Guests should just keep in mind, that this condo is in a busy area of the city, with lots of tourists and activity, late night and early morning…especially on the weekend. So, if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs! It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might bother some. The hosts were proactive & checked on us often. Overall, excellent stay, would recommend, and book again!

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%
