Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Juan

I was raised in the area, so I am familiar with the surroundings. You can't ask for a better location, where everything is close. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The linens were super clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The bedroom is private and dark, perfect for a good night's sleep. Yarsanny was a tremendous host. My plane left at 5, and he let me stay a couple of hours extra. I can't ask for more. 5 stars!!!!

Mario’s place was very convenient and fully equipped! It smelled so clean as soon as we got there. Lots of clean sheets, towels, supplies and the location was perfect. I would recommend this Airbnb and would definitely go back in the future! Thank you Mario!

The condo was great and easy to find if you follow the provided instructions. It was safe, clean and comfortable. The decor was perfect. We had a few little hiccups, but they were handled swiftly and effciently. The condo is close to our family so it will be first on our list when we come to PR.

Visited from Florida and I have to say this home was very beautiful! The inside looks as listed and everything matched what was written in the description. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the host had no issues answering them with fast responses. Samuel even recommended a few restaurants in the area to eat at! If you’re looking to book this home do not hesitate. As stated, the hosts do reside in a separate area of the home but you will have no run ins with them. Only thing I do recommend is getting a more updated stereo system that allows devices to connect via bluetooth otherwise everything was perfect! There’s quiet hours since the kitchen area is separate from the home but it still works out fine because there’s a microwave plus fridge/freezer in the upstairs area.

Rafael's place has all that you can ask for: modern kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable bedrooms, and pleasant eating and living rooms. With a car, its location allows you to easily get to Old San Juan, Plaza de Americas, and other communities around San Juan. In addition, Rafael quickly responds to your messages - he is a great host!

Great spot to stay in. My friends and I (all girls) felt safe around the area. Host called to check up on us and is something I very much appreciate! There’s some stores around the Airbnb which was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great for those that want to be near San Juan and general Metropolitan area. We went for a destination wedding planning trip to meet with vendors and this location was convenient due to the proximity to many of our appointments. Most travels were 10-20 minutes away.

I love Dominick's place. It is very close to San Juan and not too isolated. It is VERY spacious and clean. The neighborhood is so safe and quiet.The place is excatly as described. Dominick messages me back within 15 minutes. Just book this place.

Place was as described, host was responsive it was clean easy to get in…. Only thing that I noticed that could be worked on is the ants in kitchen which is probably not to much you can do and the key if your in a large group you can’t reallly separate because it’s only one

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and just as pics looked online. Jose was very responsive and respectful we will continue to use him on our trips to Puerto Rico. The price was good also over all I give 5stars!!

An amazing apartment within steps from the beach, what more could you ask for? Jose was a great host, very responsive and friendly. This Airbnb was perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and all the fun restaurants along Ashford, while still being in a quiet building! I would definitely stay here again. As a bonus the air conditioning worked great!

Great place to stay. Beautifully decorated and great views. Wonderful beach. Just take your own cocktails to the beach, because those folks on the beach out front, are a rip off. Paid $30+ for a drink that surely didnt have any alcohol in it. They are not associated with the hotel. Just a warning. Besides that experience this was a great place to stay to enjoy swimming in the ocean and visiting Old Town.

We were lucky to meet Rehana at the place it was very nice positive engagement 😀 The apartment is 2 min walk from the beach, which was great, also for children. The flat was fully in line with description. We had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Good spot in Condado to use as a home base. Great location, good view, and nice they included beach chairs and cooler. One of the rooms is pretty small, but the listing makes that very clear. The pool could probably use some updates and so could the facade of the building. But not a huge deal for us. Loved having covered parking and 24/7 security. Thanks for the stay :)

Ray's condo is very well located near Condado Beach, just 5 minutes walking. The bedrooms are large especially the master bedroom. All mattresses are very comfortable. The living room is very large with many seating areas. The kitchen is well equiped. Ray was very fast replying to my messages and gave us all clear answers. I surely recommend Ray's condo for your trip to San Juan, and Condado Beach area.
