The apartment is complete with everything you need for your stay. The village is very quiet, ideal to disconnect. For the amenities you need, you have Avila Boat 10mins driving. Amaya was very quick to respond upon check in and check out. We'll be back!

Excellent location to go to Puy du fou theme park. Time accompanied us so we were able to enjoy the pool and patio pool and patio. In the living room a huge table to eat all together and then enjoy foosball. Spacious rooms and the house is clean, as well as towels and linens. We will definitely repeat.

Lovely house. Montanchez is a little hard to figure out. But we ultimately found some places to eat in spite of its being Nov. Worst issue was parking on narrow streets.

We were looking for a few days of disconnection, and we have achieved it in the "Chocolate House" thanks to Ana, who was attentive at all times of us, to Basi, her aunt, who welcomed us kindly and with complimentary doughnuts. And from the house to say it's great, from the fireplace to the jacuzzi... We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

Very cozy and perfect house to spend a weekend with friends

Good morning, if what you are looking for is tranquility and a nature environment this is your place. Make it clear that it is a village and that it lacks basic amenities by hand, having Barco de Ávila 10'. The fire pit and the bbq, to us, gave us life. Very good cleanliness, condition and attention.

The house is super nice, cozy, it is just as it looks in the photos, the truth is that it has been a wonderful experience in Silvia's house, I recommend it 100%. Thank you Silvia.

Perfect stay. Juana the hostess, looking out for us before, during and after the stay. He greeted us with product from his garden and days later he gave us again. Super cozy and true to the photos, with a super spacious garden, that bad weather did not take advantage of. Super recommended accommodation at the ke we definitely come back. Juana is without a doubt a great host.

Our experience at this Airbnb was exceptional. The host was very nice and responsive from the start. We had a small problem with the gas, but it fixed it immediately, coming to change it in a very short time. Also, we asked her to arrive a little early and not only accepted, but even booked the day before to ensure there were no inconveniences (although in the end we don't need it). The house is beautiful, as shown in the photos, with details that make the stay very welcoming. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. We recommend this place without hesitation and hope to be back soon.

Perfect location to disconnect and enjoy nature. The super new house, clean and fully equipped, there are no details missing, and our dog has enjoyed it too. The fireplace is a bonus. Carmen and Massimo were always available and attentive, upon arrival they left us a detail and the house was warm. We will repeat for sure. Thank you!!!!

A beautiful house surrounded by nature and about 2km from the village Gavilanes. We had the stay ready when we arrived with the fireplace lit, so that ka casa was warm when we arrived. We were friends and the stay was very good, both for the place and the house, and for the care of the hosts Ana and Carlos.

We spent three nights in this house and I can't say anything bad,to start they accept pets which for us was an important point,the cleanliness of the house is something to highlight, it was perfect!and the taste and detail with which it is decorated,I have to say that I saw houses around before choosing this one that were even cheaper but really...it is worth spending a little more and choose this why it is not only that you are going to feel at home but it has everything accurate and necessary,the kitchen has all the utensils that we use in the day to day and also they leave you a welcome detail for breakfast...we have gone as a couple but if a family with children is perfect,and that does not stop the cold xq is very prepared and heated for the cold season,the hostess is very attentive at all times and the town and its surrounding villages are ideal if what you are looking for is countryside and disconnection,I have recommended it to my relatives and if I have a chance I will come back!🤩

It was a pleasure to stay in the little corner of the world perfect for disconnecting and being in contact with nature.

I would say it's the best airbnb place I've ever had. Everything for those who really like the mountain. Wake up and be half a day in the mist and enjoy the night without seeing anything around. The incredibly adapted house with very comfortable beds and bathrooms in an impeccable state. As for sparkling cleanliness in every aspect. The kitchen is very practical complete with everything. Luismi's attention from the first moment stands out for her kindness and enthusiasm. We were a group of young people from the university and they trusted us in addition to being attentive, sending us information routes and places to visit. 10/10 round if you want to enjoy disconnect and you like the mountain and the tranquility it gives.

Amazing peaceful place

Beautiful house. Nice days enjoying the pool, hot tub and all the amenities.

The place is in an idyllic setting of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Great communication with Belén and on arrival with Daniel. You can breathe tranquility and it is an area with many nearby attractions.

We were looking for a few days of disconnection and couldn't get any more right with the site. We did not imagine that the dogs (2 large) were going to have so much space to run, and the views are a pass. The hosts have been attentive at all times, they have given us good directions and luckily we didn't need them much, but they always have a good predisposition. We haven't been able to try the pool because we went on New Year's Eve but we will try it again for sure!

Excellent experience!! The casita is beautiful and super well equipped. We went in winter and were great with the fireplace, which has a fan for more efficiency. The estate is large and full of places to be. A haven of peace in the woods, it was also all beautiful and charming, very satisfied. To be repeated at any time!
