A cozy and bright apartment with use of garden and private entrance. Easily accessible from the highway. Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini-golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab,sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. Are also available for rent.

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Entire private guest room (former, fully renovated and modernized garage) with its own entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet residential area, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (by private transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! There are coffee and tea facilities, wifi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix and internet. We are for a non-smoking environment.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guest house with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, biking/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub to book for 30 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pet inside are not allowed Smoking outside is no problem.

Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

Located in the backyard of our property, the guest suite is accessible through a side gate of our home. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV present. There is a kitchen in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

From this perfectly located home base, everything is at your fingertips. Within about a 15 minute walk you are in the city center, on the hip Strijp-S or in a green park. Terraces, cozy eateries and shops are nearby. While everything is so close, the street is still quiet with pretty much only destination traffic.
