Waterfront holiday rentals in Edisto Beach

Just what we wanted in Kiawah! The villa is a few steps from the beach. It’s furnished well and was a quiet retreat. We brought our two golden retrievers and the place was ideal for this. Daphne was a super responsive host, too. We liked our time there so much we decided to extend our stay another week. Thanks for sharing your beach home, Daphne.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our short staycation! The ocean view cabin exceeded our expectations—it was everything described and more. Nikki is a fantastic host, and the cabin was spotless and well-maintained. Despite our less-than-perfect weather, we still cherished every moment of our stay. We can't wait to plan another visit!

It was a lovely location. Watching the sunrise over the pool with coffee in the morning and walking on the beach at sunset was perfect.

This condo is spacious, decorated beautifully, clean, and has a great view and location. The complex has a security gate, and parking is easy. We were here for the week of Christmas. The complex was very empty and quiet. The walk to the beach boardwalk is just steps away. The pool and hot tub are also close. Nearby are restaurants, shops, and a grocery. Tons of storage and closet space in each room!!! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We’d love to stay here again! Our favorite thing, by far, was the view from the large windows in the living area. Watching the rays from the sunrise and sunset come through the window makes this condo an even better place! We even spotted a deer one afternoon right outside the window! We didn’t use but were surprised to see extra things in the closets… ice chests, baby gear, beach towels, blankets, extra pillows, etc. WiFi was fast and TVs were great. Everything was perfect!😍

Rich was great to work with and very responsive to all our questions. The place was exactly what we needed to get away as well as a great location to get to key areas!

Very nice unit on the highway side of the larger dwelling. Noisy outside, but well insulated and more quiet inside. The dock at the end of the boardwalk is a great place to watch the sunset!

lovely place to stay,3 min walk to the beach,, plenty of towels for showers, well equipped kitchen, could do with a few more teaspoons, comfy beds .it was an added bonus that there where soon beach chairs available. I would have liked an outside light on for arrival it was difficult to see the access.also could do with the greenery cut back near the steps. we would book again

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The art and furniture were so unique and the house was in a perfect location to get to the beach. The house surroundings were lovely and the house was on perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Listen, you’re always a little apprehensive when traveling and staying places but this home is WONDEEUL! VERY clean and Kate was very quick in responding to any messages I sent. This really felt like home and was very comfortable. I really can’t put into words. This was a refreshing and great experience. 100% recommend this home! Thank you for letting us stay Kate!

Great place in quiet area! Very easy to check jn. House is as described and has plenty of amenities. Great view of the water! Only 15-20 min walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and historic locations. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Johnny's. It is private down a long driveway with a beautiful view and plenty of parking. Johnny left a beach pass for us and the kiddos and dogs loved it! We went to one of his local recommendations right up the street, Beedos and it did not disappoint. Great spot overall.

My Girl Scout Troop (5 adults, 8 teenagers) stayed for 3 nights in Feb 2025. The home was perfect for our large group with lots of living spaces for girls to spread out. The screened porch overlooking the water was a favorite. Unfortunately, we had terrible weather, so we really didn’t get to use the outdoor spaces. But, it looked lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and there were sufficient, good quality linens for our group. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to visit Tybee Island and Savannah easily. Cooking at the house and packing our lunch kept costs to a reasonable amount. Rachel, our host, was sooo accommodating. Our GS council required a certificate of insurance to be shared and Rachel was able to help us with that. This is truly a beautiful property. I would absolutely book again!

Everyone loved this house! I would absolutely book this place again. The view of the marsh and the private dock were amazing. There were 5 adults and 2 dogs and we were very comfortable. This house was listed as a 1 bath, but there is also a half bath. Hope to be back, loved it.

enjoyed our stay! The beach at the condo was very unique and beautiful in a different way from the other beaches on the island. It was about a 10 min drive to the closest beach which worked just fine when we wanted a change.

Loved loved this condo! The pictures do not do it justice, and it’s bigger than the pictures make it seem. Minutes from the condo door to your feet in the sand! Wake up and look out the window to see the ocean from the master 😍 The Wild Dunes area is wonderful with the various amenities around and the restaurants and market were great! Loved the privacy and tranquility of being in Wild Dunes. I do wish instructions were a bit more clear- went off the location from Airbnb when I should have went off the vacation rental unit as the Airbnb location isn’t the street, but the condo name so google maps didn’t help us and we ended up back at the security station asking for directions. Once we knew where the tidewater condos were it was very easy to find. All in all loved the unit and would highly recommend!!

It was a beautiful condo ! This is the first Airbnb I’ve booked that exceeded my expectations! The living spaces were beautiful and clean and the different views to outside the condo were beautiful!

Myra's place exceeded out expectations! We had a very nice, quiet, and peaceful stay in Mariners Cay for Christmas! It's a very cozy and comfortable condo with great views. Myra is a wonderful host, providing detailed information that made checking in and out a breeze and I appreciated her checking in on us during our stay. Definitely would stay here again!

BJ was a great host. They provided detailed thoughtful recommendations of a variety of ways to enjoy the incredible surrounding area. Location is really great!

Grady's condo was so accommodating. Grady had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions. Hilton Head was beautiful, and the beach was a quick walk from the condo.

Perfect location right on River Street in the middle of everything. Steps to restaurants, bars, and everything you want to be near by the water. Unit looks right out onto the Savannah River and you can see the cargo ships cruise right by
