What a wonderful place to be! This holiday home is perfect for a couple on holiday. We loved the quiet neighbourhood, the view from the decking and Barbara communicated well and helped us with anything we needed. The pool is the perfect temperature for cooling off from the heat and the location is just a 5 minutes uber from the beach and lots of great places to eat. When we return we will definitely be booking back in to this beautiful property. Thanks for having us!

My friend and I loved our stay here! The space was so cozy and welcoming and the area was so close to everything but also very peaceful at night. Communicating with Pierre was so quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was a lovely stay and the place was as per the pictures. it's located close to the shops and the beach is walking distance. We were able to checkin earlier as we arrived early in Cape Town and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. There was snacks, fruits. milk and coffee pods available on arrival definitely coming back for a longer stay

Only stayed two nights but felt very comfortable and the apartment was lovely and clean.

A very cozy and well-maintained apartment in a lively area, offering both comfort and convenience. The AC is a refreshing relief after a long and hot day full recreational activities. The only drawback is that the pillows are a bit too soft. Nonetheless, this will be my go-to place next time I visit Cape Town.

It’s always a treat to stay at Rita’s place. The cozy atmosphere and stylish decor felt just like returning to a home away from home. Rita’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The housekeeping staff are super professional and thorough - they go the extra mile. Perfect location for daily commute to the Port..

Philipp certainly deserves a rating as a Superhost. He could not have been more helpful and the standard of the apartment matched his excellent service. This apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is spotlessly clean and the balcony is a great place to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks. It is in the perfect location to stroll to the V&A, and other major attractions yet is still free from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Bree Street, well known for all its restaurants and bars, is a mere 5 minute walk away. The attention to detail made the apartment feel like home from home, even down to the convenience of having a printer to print our boarding passes for our return flight. We would highly recommend this apartment and Philipp.

The apartment was very comfortable, exactly like the photos. The concierge and security at the entrance were always very helpful and the housekeeper showed us how to get to the pool and gym, which was very useful as it was a little complicated. We had a very busy week, there was a lot to see and do. We'd definitely suggest that any future guests check out the Green Umbrella Free Walking tours, we learnt a lot from them (including the history of the apartment building), and visited places we probably wouldn't have found under our own steam.

Guido went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We stayed in the apartment for a month and had a few requests initially which Guido acted on immediately. The apartment is in a great spot to explore from - walking distance to V&A Waterfront and Oranjezicht Market, next to the beautiful Green Point Park with lovely Park Cafe, lovely walk through the park to the promenade for sea strolls or to visit Newport Deli at Mouille Point - another fave of ours! AND Moro Gelato is just an 8 minute walk from the apartment! The apartment is spacious and in a safe little complex with friendly security staff. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the balcony watching the paragliders drift down from Signal Hill. And we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tube on the private roof top at night time!!

Oh, Shamiso…. When we walked into your beautiful home… we felt at home. It was well situated. Perfect location, we were able to walk to the mall in 3 minutes. My sisters and I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, especially seeing the ducks and ducklings. Lee your manager was oh so helpful. I even forgot my medication in the freezer and he went out of his way to retrieve it and have it shipped to me ( I arranged the shipment through DHL). I was so grateful as I was about to fly back from Durban to Cape Town to get it myself. I truly appreciated that. I would definitely return here as well as recommend your place to anyone that I know is visiting. You and your team was absolutely incredible… just what I expect from host! Once again, thank you for allowing us to share your special home!

We loved Robyn’s place - when setting up this lovely apartment she thought of everything one could possibly need and then added the stunning view! It is comfortable and so beautifully decorated I would have liked to stay longer. Robyn is very professional, friendly and helpful and was always available to answer any queries. Jane is wonderful and so was the accommodation! Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the swimming pool. Great location and to watch the ocean in the morning over a cup of coffee, a treat. Cannot recommend Jane and the accompanying highly enough. Outstanding in every element. Don’t hesitate. A beautifully and tastefully appointed modern property with all the comforts and more. The location is quaint, charming perfection. Manon was quick to respond to any questions, with lovely touches like local cafe and restaurant recommendations which were all on-point. The bed is very comfortable and all the interior details make perfect sense when you stay. I’ve already made plans to return to the property at the tail end of my trip, I enjoyed it that much.

Awesome! Really wished we could stay longer. The hottub was really the best feature and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the swing. Small unit but had everything we needed and bedrooms were very nice and spacious. Will definitely want to visit again.

My stay here was wonderful - the entire apartment was recently renovated, complete with all the modern amenities you could need. Great location in a secure neighborhood with stunning views of table mountain, the waterfront and the ocean beyond. Easy to access most Cape Town points of interest in a an uber, no need to rent a car unless you are exploring beyond the city. Super friendly hosts, too! Highly recommend. Thank you, Tish!
