House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

We were very pleased with the place. ● Flexible check-in ● Accommodation was easy to find ● Spacious parking on the premises ● We immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very comfortable Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and had a bright blue sky every day. So all in all a very nice vacation.

A stunning quiet place that has everything you need for a family holiday with a child. A more responsive and welcoming host can't be imagined! We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend :)

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Werner is a wonderful host. He and his wife were responsive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help us find the places and things that we needed. The space has everything that you need, it's comfy, and well presented. The price is a bargain for what's provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Werner's studio apartment. We had a super nice time in Bad Tolz. The accommodation was great and Bad Tolz a nice place and only 12 min drive from ski area Brauneck.

Irmi is a very generous host. The location of the apartment is great as you are right at Chiemsee with access to restaurants and the ferry. A lot of great activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two people, well equipped. I was only missing a wash machine and it would have been all perfectly sorted . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

As expected, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay there with relaxing very much. The location is good as it is close to Munich, I have no complaints, it is very comfortable and I want to recommend.
