what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Angela was responsive and accomodating. The apartment was exactly as advertised, check in and check out very straight forward. Very nice experience!

Love Camber and go there often. This time it was a home from home with all the comforts needed, WiFi was perfect and a TV in every room! Lovely setting and not too far from restaurants.

A wonderful place in a great location, only a 10minute drive from the heart of Canterbury and still peaceful and quiet. Great woods across the road for morning walks. The house is spacious with all the amenities you will need. We really enjoyed our stay there!

What can we say. Julie is an exceptional host, extremely helpful and responsive. She made us feel like home from home, and very welcome in so many ways, all the lovely touches on our recent stay over Christmas and NY. For us the caravan is just perfect, the beach is probably our best beach around. Local takeaway shops in walking distance. I would highly recommend any booking with Julie, outstanding service and accommodation. Lee & Kelly.

What a great find. A lovely apartment, had everything we needed & some lovely extra touches (wine & chocolates!!!). Natalie was a great host, super easy to deal with & quick to respond. Apartment is conveniently located to explore Margate on foot. Free Parking no more than 10 minute walk away from the apartment. We had a lovely New Year’s break here. Thank you x

We stayed in this lovely house over New Year’s to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is wonderful—thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing few days away with friends. The living room was especially cosy and homely, with plenty of space for all seven of us to gather comfortably. The overall feel of the place is modern yet welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we didn’t explore as much as we’d hoped, but the village looks charming and worth a visit in better conditions. Luckily it meant we had more time to enjoy the hot tub in the back garden! The hosts were fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us to ring in the New Year. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others!

We loved our short stay at Serene House - a beautiful and characteristic cottage right in the heart of Broadstairs. The house was cute and cosy and a stone's throw from the beach and loads of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Penny was very responsive in the lead up and left lots of useful items and small touches to make us feel welcome and ensure we had what we needed.

Lisa’s cottage is a perfect retreat! Ideally located in the heart Leigh On Sea old town, it offers easy access to the beach, lively pubs, and dining spots in both Old Leigh and on the Broadway. The cottage itself is immaculately clean, cosy, and beautifully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Lisa was a fantastic host, always prompt and helpful in communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Whether you’re visiting for the beach, the food, or simply to explore, this cottage is the perfect base. Highly recommended!
