Imee’s property was very conveniently located near food, grocery, beaches and more. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we head to Cebu again.

Great area, enjoyed our few days stay! Hubby and adult son enjoyed the pool. Didn’t get to visit the beach but nice view of the ocean from the balcony!

I decided to stay for a whole month and haven't regretted it for a second, the unit is well looked after and has a usable balcony with a great view. If you like to get up early in the morning you will be rewarded with a beautiful sunrise ☀️ The host Michael was very helpful during my stay and even provided a microwave before I checked-in. Thanks for making an effort and for a great experience!

Jessica was one of the best hosts I’ve ever communicated with. She is very responsive and always ready to help, even on short notice. The place is well equipped and had everything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was ideally located, just a short walk from some great restaurants and the beach, which made exploring super easy. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, and I especially loved having a PS4 to unwind after a day of exploring. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay!

The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient as it is close to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Another plus was the option to go to the beach near the area or take a dip in the pool inside the building. We had a lot of fun. 👍 Our host was also very responsive which is most appreciated. 👍

I suddenly got a room, and I was grateful for the quick and friendly response. There are two double beds in a neat room, so I stayed very comfortably like my home for 2 nights and 3 days. There are also a lot of direct elevators on the 4th floor, so it's very nice to go up and down, and the swimming pool is just a 10-second walk to the veranda on the fourth floor. There was a lot of time outside, so I didn't pay much attention to the view. If you care about the view, go to the high floor. However, the garden view here is also neat and nice. It has a lot more advantages and the host is the best. I will definitely come back here again. If you visit here, you will be satisfied.

Having been on the road for several days and looking for a place to refresh, I especially enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen and washing machine. Also enjoyed the nice sunset view from the balcony.

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

Pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful two bedroom condo. It’s clean, spacious, airy and tastefully curated. The two large bedrooms has ample storage with an en suite bathroom with large tub. The owner thought of everything we might need - coffee, tea, water to toiletries in the bathroom. It has a washing machine, and a working TV. The building has a huge pool with a perfect view . The location is near restaurants and groceries. We would love to stay here, again. Thanks for hosting us!

All in all. It was ok . I had a good time. And connected very well . It has restaurants and a small shopping center nearby, there are too many children who as work make alms ... but in the evening they return home... very insistent and poorly polite... but there and the family who takes advantage of these things. I'm sorry for them ! The contact person was really helpful and very kind. A strong point of this accommodation ! The apartment in everything was good. The only flaw that in the elevator and at the entrance you could do the sauna ! For the rest I can give you a great vote !

The apartment was clean and was very close to newtown mactan beach. It’s also a very convenient location as restaurants, pharmacies, markets, and grocery stores are within walking distance. The host was also incredibly accommodating with check in and other inquiries. If you are doing a short term stay (less than 3 months), ensure to coordinate gym access ahead of time.

Very nice and clean room with king bed, kitchen, dining table and sofa. Bathroom is great with high water pressure, hot water and bidet (bum gun) Good location in One Manchester place where you can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 or restaurant. It’s the safe place to stay in the area. Reception is helpful. Easy to call Grab to go anywhere you want. Just 2 things i need in room is clothes hanger on the balcony to dry our wet clothes. And the towels hanger in the bathroom.
