Fantastic place to stay at, everything is as described in the description perfectly. Host is superb, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could wish for, is a more comfortable and softer sofa, but at this price I can't complain at all. Even has a work desk for me to work on my laptop 😊

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

With a car things are easy to get to. Usually 15 minutes to amazing not crowded beaches or 20 minutes into downtown

Comfortable, Large space house, Lots of rooms ( 3 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms), Peaceful location, Etc.The owner is great who responsive and friendly.If you have car this is the perfect and best place you can find around the area.lots of restaurants and interesting places.Definitely will come back here again.

This is an excellent house in a pleasant area. The house is well planned, the pool is nice, cleaning every week, clean beds, good kitchen, secluded garden, nice furniture and a sun protected patio and more. What more to ask for. Parichat is a very good host. Always a nice reception and if anything needs to be done, it happens immediately. We can't wait to go back and have already booked new weeks.

We spent one night in Tom‘s house as it is situated very convenient to get picked up for trips to Ko Chang and Ko Mak. The house offers everything you need in a very calm Environment. Tom‘s is friendly and caring. Once you stay there make sure to walk to 7/11 and eat with the family opposite 7/11. You will be amazed how welcoming and friendly those people are. And the food is deliciois

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

Posh neighborhood with high security. Host armie is brilliant guy. Super responsive and kind. Property is a 10/10. Pool is great and clean. Rooms are spacious, Washrooms are hygenic. Overall well maintained villa.

Hidden little gem. Great place with beautiful people that make you feel right at home.

Several adults from one family stayed here for one month while supporting a loved one at a local hospital nearby and the house was a perfect home base for the time here. The house was functional and very neat, two bedrooms with what appeared to be full size (maybe queen size) beds and one bedroom with both a twin size bed and a crib for babies. The home had two full bathrooms upstairs, both worked fine although the bathroom inside the primary bedroom absolutely never cooled down despite our efforts. The washer / dryer was super helpful, and I was told the primary bed was fairly uncomfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The house is located in a nice gated neighborhood, very quiet but not walkable to much and definitely a suburb of Bangkok proper. Mo was responsive throughout and provided a second house key upon request.

It’s totally worth what you paid! The location is perfect, 1 minute of walk to the beach, 711 is right at the corner, lots of restaurants on the street It’s also very quiet, you don’t hear the loud sound from the Main Street while you are so close to the Main Street

This is a fantastic location with stunning scenery, offering a perfect "retreat from the world." The house is small and adorable, yet meticulously clean. The landlady is a warm, welcoming woman who exudes a homely atmosphere. Additionally, the house is conveniently located for easy access to the airport, and the landlord is always helpful in arranging transportation.

We had a wonderful few days at Philippe’s place. It is a warm and cosy space where we felt right at home. A fantastic garden and outdoor seating. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected but that was no problem for us. The showers could use an upgrade but the beds are very nice. There is an external security camera but we were assured it is only used to monitor the path next to the house. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel across the street which was very convenient. Also the grill was a welcome attribute.

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

Gorgeous 5-week stay at Good Times Sports resort. Great hosting from Kerstine and Mr Peak. Lovely and clean space that really felt like home. Koh Mak is a tranquil paradise where you can really switch off. The villa we staying in really compounded this; clean, tidy and simple. Would absolutely recommend.

I spent my last 2 days from a month-long trip around Thailand and needed a comfortable place to stay, close to the airport, and that's exactly what I got. Very friendly and responsive host, always there and fast to reply for anything, always making sure that everything was okay. Fell in love with the two cats I lived with, both very caring and friendly. If you need a place close to the airport (about 20 min with taxi) this is definetely the one.
