We have earned Superhost again April 2024 for our lovely apartment In the heart of East Wittering, we are 5 minutes walk to shops, fabulous restaurants, takeaways, cafes & the beach. We have a gorgeous sun trap garden with bbq, fire pit, table & chairs. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. We have a Loaf sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen inc dishwasher & washer/dryer. Cotton bed linen in bedrooms, towels provided. Bathroom with bath & shower above and en-suite bathroom to main bedroom.

Downs View Retreat Isle of Wight with HotTub,

The Lodge is situated on the best holiday park on the IOW and is located on the side of the park called Crosswinds. The patio deck looks onto Culver Down with great views. The park has a private beach and is close to the village of Bembridge which has a selection of great cafes and restaurants. The Island has many activities all year round which makes it unique among staycation locations. Explore, soak up the atmosphere, then come back to a luxury home from home and a warm soak in the hot tub!

Unwind in our one bed tiny home as couples or family with use of a sofa bed! Situated close to a beach and the historical South Downs with goodwood racecourse & motor race circuit nearby. For bike enthusiasts or walkers, plenty of nature paths to explore and a boat marina to visit. On site we have an open heated swimming pool (end of May to end of September), tennis courts and golf club to enjoy and when you’ve finished your day’s activities visit the cabana club for your evening entertainment.

Delightful 2 bedroom annex on beachside road.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet beachfront no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom) The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area.
