I loved the apartment. 2 minutes from the marina, with a breakfast cafe beneath, and loads of eateries close by. the flat was clean, tastefully decorated, with all necessary creature comforts, including a king-size bed with quality mattress. I highly recommend a visit

We had such a lovely weekend staying in Abigail’s beautiful house. It was clean, homely and has everything you need. It’s a great location for walking to the town centre and seafront and really easy to park which is a huge bonus. Abigail was the perfect host, she had thought of everything, was really proactive in providing instructions for when we arrived and she was really quick at responding when we had a couple of questions. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, beautifully decorated for Christmas. House has a great open plan layout, the photos don’t do it justice. Wonderful kitchen - full of utensils and we loved ‘Alexa’, very tempted to get one at home! Owners really responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We had a really great one night stay here. The location was so easy for transport in and out of Hastings & such a big place it really does very comfortably sleep 10!! (And could certainly do more!) Hannah was super flexible for check in and out and really accommodating which was really nice! Thank you

A great flat well situated. It’s less than 10mins walk to Hastings train station and 5 mins walk to the sea. Local surroundings include ‘The American Grounds’ a great collection of cool independent cafes, bars and shops. The flat is great; within a row of terrace houses with lots of old charm. Packed with tech gadgets to make the stay easy and fun! My girls enjoyed asking Alexa to raise the blinds, play music and more. Lots of character too. A great little garden which was perfect for our dog to use - but too cold for us I’m afraid. Dan was wonderful and very accommodating considering our last minute booking. He was very generous with food and drinks in the flat - we did help ourselves to a bottle of Prosecco! (Thanks Dan!). He was also very flexible with check in and out times - greatly appreciated! A great stay - can’t beat the location!

We had such a lovely time at Sam's property. It was lovely and clean and the location on the High Street was perfect for all the pubs, restaurants and shops. Parking was great with the car park ony a stones throw away and just £2.50 per day, just like Sam had said. Really easy to get to all the seaside resorts and local attractions. Lovely stay. Hannah was accommodating and provided great communication making our stay very comfortable. She was flexible with the check-in which we really appreciated as it let us leave our bags at an earlier time.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Lots of amenities nearby and a regular easy bus route into the centre of Brighton. The apartment was comfortable and just what we needed. Suzanne was very kind and flexible regarding our check in as we were struggling around train strikes. It made the process much easier for us. We would stay again.

Great base for visiting family in Brighton.
