Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Rochester

Dwight’s place was exactly what we needed. A nice respite after a long day and beyond peaceful. It was the small touches that made a huge difference. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

We have stayed here before, great location, great light. This time we had local musicians staying here for a concert; they were so pleased with the accommodations. And Micheal and Margot even went to the concert!

Great location clean place and great service

I’ve stayed here before while working locums at nearby Strong Hospital. The location is wonderful… short drive to work, restaurants near the URMC campus as well as downtown, and very roomy. There are 2 bedrooms but I stayed here as a single because it was so nice and therefore worth it to me. The driveway was always cleaned of snow which was nice as I’ve stayed at other places where I had to shovel. John was very responsive to messages, often replying within just a handful of minutes. When the batteries on the remote were breathing their last breath one day before the Super Bowl lol, he dropped off new batteries in time for it to not be an issue. Would stay again for sure.

Deer enjoy the backyard scenery and walk unafraid! Perfect in every way. Super responsive host. Love the location, thoughtfulness and special touches. Our host thought of everything. You will really enjoy it here.

We have stayed at this wonderful home multiple times, and always look forward to our visits. It is so comfortable to stay in, and very walkable to several excellent restaurants, shops, and brewpubs. And we love how close it is to the walking trail along the Erie Canal! We hope to return soon - thanks again, Lori!

we had a wonderful stay over Christmas. the house was decorated so nice for Christmas and was an amazing, cozy little place that worked out perfectly for our family. Amy met us there when we checked in and communicated throughout the trip. She was very flexible with check out time since we had a later flight. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

Lindsey was a thoughtful and accommodating host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. The place was comfortable, and well-located, making for a fantastic stay. She was responsive and helpful, which made our experience even better. We had a great time and would happily stay again!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

Our stay at Noel’s place was great! Noel was responsible, kind and flexible and was very communicative throughout our time there. The house was clean, in a convenient area and had nice decor and space for our group of 5. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch in the Adirondack chairs, walking to nearby activities (comedy show and radio social) and found it to be quiet and safe. We would definitely come back! Thank you again!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

This is a great little house! It felt like a return to the golden early years of airbnb— an actual family who clearly loves and lives in their house and shares it with others part time, not a distant landlord with dozens of properties. It was well stocked with everything you might need, probably because the family actually uses the house :) Patrick and Kristin are so nice and responsive; when we had an issue with the carbon monoxide alarm, they were there in minutes to replace it (plus provided a thoughtful welcome basket, local recommendations, etc). The house itself is great and the photos do not do it justice! Beds were comfy, views and beach were great even in March when it was too cold to do much… the breakwater is a 2-min walk and other restaurants + playground are walkable too. We had a great time!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

Jing was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The place was clean, comfortable, and the instructions to check in and out were clear. We felt like we got a great deal!

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

Well equipped, clean and a great location. Really enjoyed our little winter get-a-way to the Finger Lakes. The space was lovely and had all the amenities needed. Will be back!
