Holiday rentals with a fire pit in East River

We could not have asked for better hosts. David and Ileana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. They thought of everything including a wonderful surprise basket for us and for our fur baby, who happens to be a southern boy and truly enjoyed the freedom of the backyard and playing in the snow. Weather was snow and at bit icy at night, but David and Ileana made sure it was always cleared. They also made it easy for my husband, who has to walk with a cane. Street parking, even with the snow was a breeze. Walking distance to just about everything. But that backyard. How I wished the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it. Anything, and everything you need is in that yard. Pool, hot tub, tent for the kids, grills, fire pit, tables and chairs, you name it, it is there. And they put so much thought into the ambiance, as well as the home itself. Pack your bags and head over to LB Bungalow, you won't be disappointed. Thank for all you did.

We rented Marlene’s place for a week to host people visiting a friend in the hospital. The place was perfect, with plenty of sleeping room for our crew and a wonderful fully stocked kitchen to make cooking together easy and enjoyable. It was too cold to use the bbq, but what a wonderful patio she has - if I visit again in spring or summer I certainly would enjoy the spacious backyard and beautiful well furnished deck. Everything about this place was right for our group - the neighborhood is quiet but close to services, the beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. I would choose this place again on my next trip to Yonkers.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice! It was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that a person would have in their own home. The host was very friendly and she thought of every detail to include in the Airbnb for her guests' use. It's right on the water and had stunning grounds... the furniture inside and out were beautiful and could accommodate a very large family. It was like staying in a resort. You can tell that the hostess took great pains to decorate, furnish, and equip the house with everything possible. It was a beautiful, wonderful stay. (and most notably, it was incredibly clean - specifically the linen and towels, and the entire kitchen, refrigerator, oven Etc. I stay in many airbnbs and this place was spotless. Worth every penny!

Super cute house! Completely remodeled with new/updated fixtures. Super close to the train so it was easy to go to Manhattan. The two bedrooms are upstairs. Very comfortable, clean, and the owner has thought of everything. I had my elderly parents with me on this trip. We felt it was better for them to stay on the pull out couch on the main level because there is not a bathroom upstairs and the stairs are steep. It worked out fine for them and they were happy to be close to the kitchen and the bathroom. There is also a basement with a beautiful full bathroom, washer and dryer, TV room and games. Again… Very clean and well done. It was cold outside, so we were not able to enjoy the back deck or the large backyard. Jenny and Gabriel were very responsive whenever we needed them. I would highly recommend this house for your stay.

A lovely and clean place for our family stay in Long Beach. Host was helpful and responsive and check-in and check-out was a breeze! We hope to be back again!

Mark and Erin have a beautiful home! I enjoyed staying there for a long weekend with family, and we had a great stay. The townhome is located in a great area of Hoboken, close to everything!

Elsayed was an amazing host! Our group recently stayed here during a cold front and we were struggling to turn the heat up in our bedrooms. Elsayed responded immediately and when he could not fix the problem, went out and got us space heaters for each bedroom. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Easy public transportation to NYC.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Mabel was a great host, she was able to extend my stay at the last minute which was perfect because my husband and I needed rest before we took our 9 hour drive back home. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation.

Our stay at Brooke’s was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was impeccable, exactly like the photos. If you’re into cozy eccentric aesthetics this is the perfect bnb for you, it’s filled with amazing furniture and knick knacks. We spent so much time looking at everything, as if it was a museum. Aside from the house being beautiful and up to par, Brooke was extremely friendly and attentive. Was also understanding when we requested a later check out and allowed us to do so with out hassle. Thank you so much Brooke , your house was perfect for our getaway, if we ever find ourselves in Jersey, we hope to book with you again !!

Jean was an amazing host! She provided clear instructions regarding check in and check out. The place was beautiful and CLEAN! 100% recommend staying here if planning a trip to Hoboken/NYC!

Space was perfect for what I needed. Love the area and look forward to staying there again. Kitchen was great for meal preparation and was just what I needed.

Candy and Will were great hosts.. Responsive and informative about the apartment. The apartment was as described -clean- comfortable- easily accessible and warm. ( January weather!) The neighborhood was great for a morning walk.. The bed was incredibly comfortable.. just what I needed after a 4 hour drive.. And a comfortable room with a cozy gas fireplace! Would happily return..
