Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Peoria

The house has been so well kept and a designer’s dream for inspiration. Everything is exactly as described, it’s easy to find, 10 minutes from the airport, peaceful, and cozy. Perfect for some quality time spent to just enjoy the home.

We brought our kids and some of their friends over spring break so they could hang out and play. Planning to do plenty of entertainment kids had a blast.

Pam was a great host. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She and her husband were very friendly. The house had great views of the lake, river and wetlands. We could even see an active eagle nest. The horses and chickens were an added bonus! There are neighbors but it was still pretty quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We would not hesitate to return.

I highly recommend this place to couples and families with kids 4 and up. My grandkids navigated the stairs with no problem. The master bedroom downstairs is cozy and quiet. Kitchen well equipped and convenient to parking. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

This apartment was adorably decorated and had all the comforts of home. My husband forgot his toothbrush and found that there was a new toothbrush provided “just in case.” I loved that there was a yoga mat in the bedroom closet. It was not far from downtown and was very comfortable!

We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

Great stay for us - perfect for our quick overnight stay in Bloomington/Normal area for a golf tourney. Relaxing, clean homey feeling rental. We had two families and 3 babies under the age of 3! It was amazing to celebrate an early Christmas while visiting the reindeer farm and big enough for all of us to have our own space! The host was so nice and called ahead of time to talk about the place and all the details. I was so happy with this stay and this will be a place we stay at again when in the area!

Cute getaway. On a main road. But perfectly quiet. Furnishings were very nice. More than we expected.

I had a wonderful weekend in Normandy Village! Bob and his team were responsive and very accommodating, and check-in/out instructions were clear. The space is beautiful and the location is one-of-a-kind. Quiet, peaceful, safe, and 5 minutes from Uptown Normal/ISU. A convenient yet private gem in the heart of town. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless, and the decor was charming. They even had a guitar and ukulele to play! Amenities were thoughtful and I had everything I needed. High ceilings made the space feel even more open, and the blend of modern appliances with historic character was perfect. I highly recommend this beautiful, cozy, and comfortable space if you’re planning a trip to Normal. I would absolutely stay here again!

Me and my family love staying at unique places and this did not disappoint. The place is adorably cute and the property owners are super thoughtful and responsive we would definitely stay here again next year!!!
