Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Peoria

This place was amazing I stayed with a couple of friends and we had lots of fun. Host is super nice and was very quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt well taken care of. The host reached Out early in the process and was responsive to questions. Neighbors were friendly and we were close to restaurants and stores, but the property was peaceful-just off the beaten path. The decor was modern and everything was clean. This was a great location for our family while spending the holidays with relation in the area!

The sun room was all set for enjoying quality time together in a comfy space. This home was the first and last to have everything we didn’t think of, coffee and air fryer and enough laundry soap to last a week. We hardly wanted to leave we were so at home in the comfy beds binging movies.

So happy we chose to stay at Ryan's House of Arcade especially during the cold month of January in Illinois! The house was spacious & roomy and accommodated us perfectly for 6 people! Would definitely love to come back and stay in the summer as the winter time is a bit difficult to travel in general but again, the House of Arcade was worth it!

We have stayed multiple times at Shawn’s place. We are comfortable with its location and the home set up. I like having my son upstairs in a quiet area as opposed to a basement. Enjoy walking to shops and coffee/dining. We always feel confident in Shawn hearing our needs if any.

We loved this stay! The host really has thought of everything and the place was not only clean, all of the features and amenities make it feel like you are home! We stayed in Christmas Eve, and when we arrived they had Christmas music playing in the house and a decorated tree - it was so thoughtful and welcoming! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need - We absolutely would stay again! Thank you so much!

I surprised my 9 and 10 yo grandkids with a quick overnight in Bloomington to celebrate Christmas with them. Greg’s place was perfect for this occasion! Perfect accommodations for the 3 of us and easy check- in and check-out. Greg was very responsive to our questions and needs!

We had two families and 3 babies under the age of 3! It was amazing to celebrate an early Christmas while visiting the reindeer farm and big enough for all of us to have our own space! The host was so nice and called ahead of time to talk about the place and all the details. I was so happy with this stay and this will be a place we stay at again when in the area!

Cute getaway. On a main road. But perfectly quiet. Furnishings were very nice. More than we expected.

I will most definitely be back! I just needed a little place to stay during a work project. The place was perfect, bed was comfy and the neighborhood quiet. Having the garage was a huge bonus with the cold weather we're having.
