House holiday rentals in East Pasadena

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan is good for family engagement. Spacious kitchen. Readily accessible to local restaurants and activities via car. Enjoyed the pool table. Did not use the swimming pool or hot tub due to cooler winter weather, but these would be very nice amenities as the temperature rises. Furniture is typical of what is expected for a vacation rental unit but is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good shape and have modern finishings. The refrigerator is immaculate. Modern/clean washer and dryer. Johnny is an excellent host. Communication was great and on point. He checked in on us and let us know he was available but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy our family time over the winter holiday. Thank you for the full rack of K-cups. We put them to good use. We would definitely stay with Johnny again.

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

This is a great place. We were visiting family and this housed Me, My husband, 2 sons, daughter in law and gran son - total 5 adults and a toddler. The space was great for each person. It was fully stocked including toddler seats for dining. We could all be in one room eating, watching tv and playing with toys. We walked a short 1/2 mile to downtown Glendora to a coffee shop for breakfast. It is a quiet neighborhood that is so close to everything. We will stay again when visiting family.

We loved the place and the location. Lots of shops, coffee places, and restaurants within a quick walk. We stayed during the first couple of days of the fires just outside of LA and Jeremy was super accommodating. He brought us an air filter and taped up all of the windows for us to make sure we were safe. He also continued to check in to make sure we had everything we needed during a tough time to be in town. Couldn’t recommend Jeremy’s place and him as a host more highly.

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Katherine's place was perfect for a digital nomad like me. Was there for two weeks, 25 minute walk to the beach/pier, two blocks away from a Hertz if you need to rent a car, 10 minute walk to a great local/organic grocery store. Kitchen had all the cooking essentials, back patio was lovely, quiet, and private. Great place!

Great place to stay. Lots of food and shopping in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood for a walk with pets.

What a wonderful place high up in the Hollywood Hills! Amazing views, very clean and spacious. Lilly was highly communicative - any questions we had were answered in minutes. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

We absolutely loved Stephen and Brian's guest house. It was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with all the amenities that we could have needed. It is on a quiet, beautiful street within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and LA history. Stephen and Brian were welcoming and kind and we would definitely stay in the guest house again.

We really love staying in this quiet neighborhood in Rowland Heights. The house has spacious bedrooms and very clean with many amenities. You also have a beautiful view of the mountains I would recommend this place.

My family and I stayed at Mary’s Air BnB for 3 nights. We had some questions for her ahead of time and she answered us promptly. It’s a nice house with everything we needed for our stay. The yard is well maintained and totally enclosed.

Walked to beach, restaurants ;also walked to Whole Foods and the famed Gjusta bakery . Quiet and comfy. We spent a full week . House has everything one needs including parking.

Samantha is a great host!! We felt like we were at home. We liked the spacious living room and kitchen. Highly recommended..

Perfect Stay. We loved the Cozy Home. Our welcome was amazing. I had mentioned to Vardan that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday during our stay, and we were greeted with a very thoughtful birthday present and card, and a bottle of wine. We were attending the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, and the location of the house was very convenient. And, it's only 10 minutes from Burbank Airport. We loved walking around the neighborhood, especially wit all the Christmas decorations up. The location is very private and quiet, When the University of Oregon goes back to the Rose Bowl, we hope Cozy Home will be available! Thanks, Vardan.

It was super easy to find the house and it was very quiet and cozy! I definitely enjoyed my stay. Janson had everything prepared and responded fairly quick!

I reached out at 9pm when we found out we needed to evacuate and host was very responsive and accepted the reservation before 10pm the same jight. The spot was perfect for our needs and we felt very safe during a very stressful time.
