Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in East Neuk

From the beginning of our stay until the end we have zero complaints. Salma was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. She was extremely responsive and extremely helpful to myself and my group of friends. The place was spotless, and I felt right at home the entire time. We’re very close to a lot of attractions and walking was very easy to get places but the buses run 24/7 if you needed a bus. Location and flat felt completely safe, and we would 100% book with Salma again and stay here again!

Great apartment, comfortable, spacious clean and quiet. Very conveniently located if you want to explore Edinburgh, walking distance from the city centre. Agnes was a great host. Highly recommend.

It was the best accomodation I’ve ever stayed.

Lovely place to stay. Easy to get the bus to Princes Street or even to walk if you wanted to. Parking is definitely an upside, and we loved the location as we were already familiar with this area. The pool looked lovely however we didn’t make use of it as we only stayed a couple days. Our only complaint would be that the kitchen did seem to have a smell, possibly the bin. This was there on arrival but we didn’t really stay in the flat so much, so we could ignore the smell. Upon checking under the beds before we left we also found some receipts which were not ours, maybe cleaners can check here in future :) but it’s not something obvious of course, we just wanted to check we hadn’t forgotten anything! We really enjoyed the stay and if we return to Edinburgh again would 100% stay here again ❤️

I had a fantastic stay in Edinburgh! The location near Haymarket was incredibly convenient—close to everything, from public transport to great restaurants and attractions. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and welcoming retreat after exploring the city. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Maria's place exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pristine and cozy getaway. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how immaculate and well-kept everything was. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The coziness of this place was truly exceptional. The decor was charming and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Maria was incredibly hospitable and responsive.

Marta's place is located in a very convenient area close to transport, shops, cafes, restaurants and the waterfront. The flat is well-equipped and the kitchen has everything required for cooking. It is warm and cosy, and the location and surroundings felt quiet and safe. There were some initial problems with the central heating (after the installation of a software program update) but Martha was very proactive in having this problem fixed. She is a communicative and kind host and always responded promptly to any questions we had. I would thoroughly recommend Marta's place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Edinburgh.

Our stay was amazing! Everything is very central to the flats location and easy access to book routes, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs. Gill was a fantastic host and would 100% book again.

Toms place was really nice and cozy as the description says. It’s a 30 minute walk to the center of the city or 15 minute bus trip with the stop being 2 minutes away from the flat. I would recommend staying here but make sure you check the check-in time which is at 5pm. We arrived later than we originally planned due to delayed flight and the trams being out of service this was an issues as Tom will give the keys in person and had plans that he was late to due to this issue. Overall it was a great stay We would stay again.

This is a very recent high quality conversion of a basement apartment in a high end part of Edinburgh. For four of us; the two bed two bath was perfect. Spacious and comfortable. A short taxi from the action - if that’s what you want - but a nearby lovely walk through the Botanical Gardens to the lovely Stockbridge village which it’s hard, restaurants, bakeries and galleries The host Riccardo was super responsive and very helpful. Well located, quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Place was located perfectly to be just out the way of the busy city and a short bus journey to get right into the centre, great host really helpful with, information packs and easy check in and check out details. Was warm and toasty our whole stay and found it really cosy and homely.

Couple of minor issues - showers' drains needed resetting to ensure no flooding - quickly responded to. No egg cups provided Door to passageway jammed you in the bedrooms! I managed to escape & highlighted to the the managing company who responded it would be fixed V peaceful & clean site.

Our Lodge was absolutely gorgeous. Pristine, very well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms, tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds, bedding, soft towels and sofas, fire place in living room giving great ambiance, great showers. Very peaceful location plus fun activities like putting and my Grandson enjoyed the well stocked gym. Could not fault it at all and will be back.. Thanks guys!

We booked Susannah's property to host a family get together with people travelling from as far away as New Zealand. The property turned out to be perfect for the 5 of us but would have been just as perfect for 8. This property is clearly someone's home, it has a completely different feeling to many of the antiseptic business properties that we have stayed in before and I felt this was entirely positive. The decor is great and the facilities even better with 3 large bathroom's offering great showers. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh as it was well served by the excellent bus system with the tram available for longer journeys. It would also be walkable to the centre of town but we chose to save our energy for exploring. We never failed to find parking nearby when required but chose to leave our cars in the free park & ride carpark that was accessible via a £2 bus. I cannot recommend this property too highly and would definitely return again if numbers required.

What an absolutely gorgeous place. We were there during a really cold spell but the house was so lovely and warm. Gorgeous furnishings. Very spacious even with all the Christmas decorations - the place felt very festive. Not too long a walk to get into town or to catch a tram but we used taxis due to the weather and there was never a problem getting one. House was pristine and the decor was great. Bedrooms spacious with very comfortable beds. Paige responded to my messages within minutes. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. Yes - it’s more expensive than some places in Edinburgh - but you get what you pay for and here you get true quality and comfort. The photos are very accurate …..what you see is what you get.

Beautiful accommodation, clean, organized, strategic place! I will definitely come back again!
