Holiday rentals with a patio in East Malaysia

The apartment is still new and close to KPJ Hospital and the owner is fast response, everything is available, but unfortunately there is no detergent and there is only 1 toilet so it is a bit uncomfortable for many people. Highly recommended if you want one that is close to KPJ Hospital

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Acacia. The space was exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully decorated, spacious layout and very well-maintained. Bed is so comfortable! The highlight was definitely waking up to a stunning sunrise, overlooking the calming, completely unobstructed views of the Sarawak River from 2 bedrooms balcony and city view from living room balcony. It is truly an unforgettable experience. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided and we made full use of the laundry machine, stove, kitchen tools, iron, ironing board, and were especially grateful for the welcoming snacks and detergents. These thoughtful touches came in so handy for us especially after our trip to National Park. The unit itself comes with 2 private parking spots, for our extra car. We could easily walk or drive around and explore all the famous local eateries nearby. The host was very friendly, responsive,and proactive. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. So,highly recommend.

The host and Gary are very warm, meticulous, responsive, responsive, the room is clean and tidy, the bed sheets and bath towels are very clean, the bathroom on the second floor is very good use, all the facilities in the room are fully equipped, suitable for large families to stay.In the rainy season, there will be some damp smells on the first floor, so you can think of a way to improve it.

We had an amazing few days here! If you enjoy snorkeling, this is the perfect place to visit. Reed made our holiday truly delightful. The house is built over the water, with a spacious living room that opens directly to the sea, allowing the kids to have a fantastic time right at our doorstep. Most of the time, Reed took us out for snorkeling trips, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The routes he planned were always spot-on, offering unique experiences each time. For our final outing, he even arranged a fishing trip, which the kids absolutely loved. Reed is also an excellent cook—his meals were delicious and satisfying. We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable getaway!

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

The place is clean, the air conditioning is cool enough, the sofa is very comfortable to sit on, the bed is very comfortable, there are many food shops downstairs, right across the street is very convenient to buy things at Aeon Mall, I will come back to stay again next time, the owner can communicate in Chinese, she is very nice.

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.
