Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Linton

An excellent apartment in a great location. Close enough to the town centre (about a 5 min walk) but the area around the apartment was very quiet and felt a million miles away from the town centre.

The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

The flat was really well located and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and there were nice touches like biscuits and umbrellas. Very easy communication with Marion. I would certainly stay here again. Perfect place for a few days in Edinburgh.

I had a lovely stay at Rachel's with my family, my five year old didn't want to leave and when asked what her favourite thing was about Edinburgh she said the bath! It was comfortable and stylish and Rachel was a great host and have us lots of help including a recommendation for food where we ate three times! I would definitely recommend.

I had such a lovely time, from arrival up until I left. The flat was so cozy and clean and I felt right at home. Will definitely use this place again when I return. Perfect distance from the town and I found my way around very quickly.

Amazing home from home and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 girls 9yo and 10yo. Stayed for 3 nights 21st-24th Feb travelling from Manchester. Beds were super comfy and space was minimalistic and clean. My daughter had a nosebleed in the night and soiled the linen. Told Andy about this straight away although there wasnt anything he could offer us, we found spare duvets and pillows in the cuboard so moved the girls onto the pull out sofabed which was unexpected but super handy as they didnt want to sleep on nosebleed sheets. There was plenty on disney+ to keep them busy and they loved the little welcome basket of snacks and treats! Thanks Andy, loved your flat. Will definitely come back again.

Lorna's place was fantastic! They greeted us at the door and had a lovely chat, extremely helpful. They even left us some home made cake that my mother was in love with and we tried Lorna's homemade jams that we adored. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. My parents are seniors and the location was ideal so we could go places very easily and when they were tired it was easy to return. My parents were extremely impressed with the place and the kindness of our hosts! We loved it and we would absolutely come back!

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Marie was extremely helpful and responsive from check in to checkout, made sure we could find the house without any trouble and that it had everythingwe needed (and more!) to feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped and we even had breakfast foods available which made our first night much smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It is only meters away from the train station and bus stops which quickly took us right into the city center. Would 100% recommend staying at Marie's and would love to be back myself if I am back in Edimburgh.

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

Cosy and ingenious use of space. Loved the thoughtful decor and the fabulous selection of books. Within easy walking distance of shops and the lovely Milan restaurant.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Amazing hosts, beautiful property and perfect location. Views are stunning. we had lunch at the deli and dinner at the nearby restaurant. Was the perfect trip.

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Nice spot and safe parking. There’s a beach a short walk away which is nice to venture down. Not too far of a drive to the centre of Edinburgh. Bed is cozy too!
