What an amazing place. Also very nice people and communication is perfect. I’ll be staying here everytime I come lol.

We had a wonderful time. The neighbors weren't even loud or as described in the listing. It was extremely comfortable especially the beds. We moved the gazebo outside and the dining area. You can tell a lot of love and family-centered ideas were put into place when designing the spaces. It felt very family oriented.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, the furnishings were lovely and the beds comfortable. Our host always responded quickly, but there were no issue to communicate about. The area was tucked away and quiet but near the interstate so it was convenient to jump on and get around. We’ll definitely look to see if it’s available when we visit Houston again.

House is as exactly as described. Very comfortable and welcoming. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Amenities were great and had everything we wanted/ needed. Zack is was very responsive and was very helpful with recommendations. Great host! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely a gem in Houston!

Kevin was an outstanding host! He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly as we planned our Thanksgiving trip. Throughout our stay, he checked in several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The home was spotless, with a fantastic layout that made it comfortable and inviting. This Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. Bedding was comfortable. Unit was nice and clean! Instructions were clear! Highly recommend! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We felt so at home at Naseeb's place. Most of all, we loved the very well stocked kitchen and being able to easily cook meals at home when we wanted a break from going out. Would also highly recommend her place for families with kids - our son lived the books and great selection of Monster Trucks. We will definitely try to stay here on future trips to Houston to see family.

Stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks! My stay was absolutely perfect. LOCATION WAS EVERYTHING! So many food choices, and shops, literally 2 miles from downtown! Perfect for just me my wife and our pup! Lam was extremely accommodating, very professional and responsive! I definitely recommend!

The place was great for the short trip me and my family took. Loved the location being so walkable to most LGBT bars in Montrose (Houston). The place itself was clean and the linens were fresh on the bed. The house was as a bit cold but that’s winter and I could adjust the thermostat myself, so no issues!

Great place on a quiet street in an excellent location. Lots of things to do in a very walkable area. Rental is clean and has everything you would need for a short or long term rental.

This was our second stay at Brittany’s place. The unit was clean, quiet, and easily accessible. She was also able to provide garage access which was a plus for transporting all of our dishes for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent property, Very well furnished and located in one of the best and safest area of Houston, Appartment comes with everything you need for your stay in houston, I had no problems during my stay. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Had a nice stay here for a weekend in Houston. Walkable to the convention center, downtown and restaurants or could take a quick Uber to everything we wanted

What a lovely and unique place! We loved the art and the porch and garden in the back are beautiful, too. Kim was super communicative and helpful, including reuniting us after our stay with my son's beloved stuffed animal who was left behind. Great, central location. Would definintely recommend this place!

It was nice and comfortable. Really gave me that city feel that I was looking for. Definitely some place I would come back to, just to take a break from everything. Vincent was great as well

Demetrius was a very outstanding host. We had to leave our previous host due to her not letting us know she didn’t have not having electricity and Demetrius saved the day by quickly responding to a last minute booking. His condo was flawless and so clean. I will definitely be booking again.

Really nice condo. Second bathroom is a huge plus. Great provisions, including Keureg coffee, microwave popcorn, oatmeal, etc. Spotless, with plenty of towels, washcloths, blankets and fans. Pay close attention to the instructions and photos for finding the condo. To park, you’re making a giant u-turn through the complex—down the parking lot to a left turn BEFORE Carrington Court overhead sign. Then next left and most of the way back up the other parking lot. Parking spot numbers are on the carport roof on the left. Watch out—the speed bumps are really high. If you’re being dropped off, the gate code should work for the gates on the left as soon as you enter the parking lot from the street.

Jett is a responsive and helpful host. His condo is my home away from home during frequent business trips to Houston.

Phi is very nice and super responsive. She wants to make sure that everything is great for the guest. She followed up with every question I had and always offered to help more. She just seems like a really good person. And the place is like it is posted in a nice area.

INCREDIBLE if you are looking for an affordable and incredible spot to stay this was the location! this was an amazing stay will be looking to staying here again if I ever need to crash in Houston again!!! Jarrod was super nice and very helpful would recommend 10/10

Me and my family drove in from Albuquerque to visit family and spend the new years! The Condo was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were just as mentioned, match with a perfect location. The kids loved the Post fireworks show from the balcony. 10/10
