Holiday rentals with breakfast in East Dorset District

Entering Amelia's cottage was like pulling on a comfy pair of slippers. It never felt like a rental. Thank you :-)

Perfect little hideaway for a couple. Helena & James are lovely & friendly & perfect hosts. Lovely clean & tidy place. Everything you could ask for, lacked nothing. Walking distance into Lymington. Quite accessible for visiting other places.

Lovely area, perfect for getting to Stonehenge, getting away from the noise and bustle, and for outstanding walks in the countryside. Hosts were incredibly helpful with travel facilitation to food/Stonehenge/ Salisbury, and great hospitality. Communication was outstanding, and provided both a B and B experience and privacy at their place. Would stay again, would love to return and bring my family next time.

Just had a lovely stay at Patsy's home. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a friendly welcome. I sleot very well despite tge storm going on outside. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area, when hopefully the weather will be better and I can enjoy sitting out on the balcony.

Marian And Terry are wonderful friendly hosts , keeping their home spotless but homely and front door parking Continental Breakfast was a great touch , as was the tea/coffee in my room . Easy 15 minutes walk to Seafront and pier down through the gardens or less than 20 minutes walk the town centre with lots of shops . 2 mile walk into Bournemouth from Boscombe but there was regular buses that I could see . A very lovely weekend Away for me time. Would recommend them to anyone just needing a few nights break 😊

Old fashioned hospitality and decency.

Janet is a lovely host. She and her husband made me feel very welcome in their home. I was visiting Shaftesbury again after many years, but there were useful books and pamphlets about the area which was helpful. A great local Italian restaurant within an easy 10 minute walk as is the beautiful town centre. A lovely bookshop on Gold Hill well worth a visit which Janet recommended. She and her husband obviously value Shaftesbury and are happy to share their local knowledge. Having my own bathroom was great…also a lovely continental breakfast was a great start to the day. I would certainly recommend this Airbnb.

I had a lovely stay at Mike and Celia's place - which was located very conveniently for exploring Frome for the first time. Very comfy bed and big bathroom to myself with plenty of cat cuddles. I felt very rested there. Thank you so much for your warm and welcoming hospitality - thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Lovely just as when I’ve stayed before. Very welcoming (curtains drawn and lights turned on when they knew I was coming after dark). Warm. Well equipped kitchenette. Feels like a safe area to stay in.

I needed a home from home for a few days and this is exactly what Pamela‘s place gave me and my two dogs. It has a good size kitchen with everything I needed and more. I can’t fault this place or Pamela is extremely good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

I couldn't recommend the Nook more! It was cosy, comfortable, private and a delight to stay in the incredible grounds of Shrewton House. I woke up to a crisp sunny day and stepped out to see horses in the dew-soaked grass. Absolute bliss. The Nook was also clean, warm, comfortable and well-equipped. The bath is lovely and - while the remote control is a tiny bit temperamental - watching a movie on the sofa was also an excellent weekend comfort. An absolute delight.

What a great first time AirBnB experience this was!! Wonderful amount of space, everything you could want or need to feel comfortable, a real home from home! Lots of little luxuries in the flat, super relaxed atmosphere and the log burner was amazing for warming up after a day in the field. I literally couldn't of asked for more, and the host was very helpful and flexible when I requested to extend my stay by an extra day, can't recommend this highly enough, thanks Beth 🙏

It was the second time I’ve stayed at Carla’s place and I think that says everything! Really great host and homely feel to the guest suite, plus a super comfy bed. The location is easy to find, and the welcome folder of local restaurants and things to do is really helpful for visitors wanting to explore the area. A lovely host in a charming place! The Coach House is a really sweet flat in a beautiful location. Jane is a really friendly host and provided lovely, quality breakfast items. The Coach House is a comfortable, beautiful place to stay. Would absolutely recommend!

My partner and myself really enjoyed visiting Swanage. It was made even better with our accommodation which was superb. Anna was a very good host towards us. We would definitely stay with her again and would highly recommend anyone else to do so. Many many thanks Ash

It was amazing to stay in such a special place. Tolpuddle is a thriving community with an incredible history for such a small place.

The Bothy is an incredible find in the Wiltshire countryside. The room was lovely, the host put the heating on before we arrived and left tea and coffee plus fruit for the next morning. The view is incredible and we rested really well. Tranquility and a lovely home! The breakfasts were amazing and the communication with the host perfect. We will visit again! Maria's loft is a gem. Located in a quiet Dorset village with good access to the south coast, it is beautifully and lovingly decorated and furnished, and is a great place to spend a dark winter evening away. Maria was delightful and could not have been more welcoming.

Very nice room. I felt right at home. The house was very clean and cosy. Martin is very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the 6 weeks with him!

What can I say, but just perfect from start to finish. The room was just beautifully designed with a lovely seating area, and incredibly comfy bed. The breakfast, well that was just something else! I have never and probably will never have such an amazing breakfast. So much choice and cooked to perfection. Peter and Joey were lovely, so friendly and Peter is so knowledgable and happily chatted with me during breakfast. As for location it was great and so close to Shell Beach which was so quiet and stunning and my favourite swim spot. Corfe Castle just up the road and lots of excellent hiking spots around. A very memorable couple of days and definitely one of my favourites!
