Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. The Milsom is a newly renovated apartment in the iconic Grade II listed Jolly's building on Milsom Street- locations don't come much better than this. Apartment 10 is on the 3rd floor with views across Bath towards The Ivy Brasserie just opposite and the Christmas Market stalls just below (November toDecember.) Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Well placed for the most amazing walks and days out in the beautiful Dorset countryside or a trip to the beach. One double bedroom, one single bedroom and private shower room with toilet. Two great pubs and a shop in the village which is set at the foot of Hambledon Hill in the Blackmore Vale. Easy access to Shaftesbury and Sherborne, Blandford and Sturminster Newton. Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.

This is a barn conversion with a contemporary twist. Completely refurbished with high end specification. You have fibre broadband, sky tv. Spacious accommodation, private parking. Natural wood burning stove, outdoor wood-oven, breakfast basket provided. We don’t feel our property is suitable for young toddlers/children (under 10). The location of the barn is a short walk from the coast in St Donats.
