Holiday rentals with a home theatre in East County, San Diego

Julia’s place was exactly as described. The location was perfect and the space was comfortable. Julia was extremely quick to respond to all messages. I would absolutely stay at her property again.

This place was in a great location and had the most amazing views of the Pacific out of every window. We could have watched the ocean for hours and hours (and did!). Super accessible to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. Easy to get in and out, especially nice to have a reserved spot in the garage. Drivable to all of the major San Diego tourist attractions. Hosts were extremely responsive and kind, and when there was a plumbing issue they were proactive in calling management and providing us with updates. Even with the plumbing issue (which was likely a one-time thing!), the space was pristine, beautiful, spacious, and had five-star views - we'd come back for sure and recommend it to all our friends!

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

The views of this place are magnificent. By far the best view I’ve had of SD. The place had everything we needed. The Game Room was tons of fun with an arcade and bowling! Gaslamp is a quick 5-10 minute walk away which made a night out very convenient. Would absolutely stay here again on my next SD trip!

Ben was an incredible host and his place was absolutely beautiful. My New Years would have not been as great if it weren’t for Ben and his place. 10/10 would recommend!

Good location if you want to get away from the busyness of the downtown area, yet still be downtown within walking distance. There is a nice big park with lots of food stands nearby and the host was very attentive and there is a manager that is on the property that is very helpful all the time. overall a great stay for the price.

This was my 2nd stay with Armando at this location but was for an extended period while our home was going through renovations. Could not have asked for a better host. Armando was collaborative, flexible and responsive to our needs. I've stayed in many Airbnb's but Armando truly wants to make sure you feel like you are home. The house is great and as described. The spa outside is spotless unlike many other places. It was always warm and ready to go and CLEAN! The beds were all very comfortable and a lot of space in the house to relax. If you are a family looking for spotless location, reliable and quiet community that is close to beaches, restaurants and theme parks I highly recommend. I sound like I am advertising on his behalf but really can't emphasize enough that we appreciated the location and hospitality for 2+ months and willingness to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks again!

Michael and Diane were great hosts and so responsive to everything we needed. The water ran out and Diane went and got us two big containers of water. Great stay and if you're looking for a fun outdoors this is the place! The bunk bed has a single on top a double on the bottom and the trundle is a single also. It was great for my family of four. The beds/mattresses are very firm and not very comfortable for us, and were the only thing I would want different about this stay. Also, Michael and Diane live in the attached living space behind this property, so very easy to reach.

Great place, super cozy and the vibes were immaculate! Great for large groups and plenty of spaces to chill and create memories! It indeed was all just a dream!

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

The place was nice and the location wasn’t too far from where we wanted to be or do at anytime. There is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood

The scape room games were a great think to do while resting there!

This home looks good on the app but even better in person. My family drove to San Diego for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and the house was perfect with plenty to do for family fun, so much that we didn’t even have to leave the house for much. To put the icing on the cake Datesh remembered it was my daughter’s birthday and sent her some birthday donuts from a local popular donut spot! So thoughtful. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend!!!
