Sandy and her husband are the best hosts.They were both friendly and welcoming. They responded very quickly whenever we needed them or any assistance during our stay.The house is very nice and clean ,the view and surroundings are mind blowing.We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I stayed at Sealodge for a week, I could not fault this Airbnb at all. The location is ideal and close to some amazing beaches. The host was very responsive and answered any queries quickly. If I were to come back to Mauritius I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful and practical appartment and location. Responsive and helpful, friendly host who was easy to communicate with. Eden island was very relaxing and Clubhouse restaurant had a very good and affordable breakfast/lunch, great amenities and peaceful beaches.

We loved our stay at Melissa’s apartment and will really miss this little slice of heaven. The apartment is super clean, stylish and comfortable, perfect for little kids and babies too, with big open floor space to crawl around safely and lift access and safe balcony. It is also bigger than it appears in the photos. The view and location is stunning and the pool area is fantastic with direct access to the beach. Only negative was the transfer didn’t turn up for an hour so had to arrange our own taxi but wasn’t the end of the world, Melissa was responsive throughout the trip and helpful, also providing car seats for the children. We would love to stay at Otera 2 again in the future. Thank you :)

Siddick is a welcoming and super friendly host. The place is a two minute walk to a supermarket. Lots of stray dogs barking at night but it appears stray dogs are everywhere on the island. The wifi is quite weak but so is the Emtel SIM card coverage inside the ground floor apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. Apartment is large and comfortable. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfortable and the perfect spot to have an amazing sunset. Pool area is lovely and can access beach for long beach walks. Complex is peaceful and even on weekend there was no loud parties etc Would highly recommend. Would like to suggest a BBQ on the patio.

We loved our stay at Toms house. The Island is a gem. Nothing but nature all around, the most beautiful birds.m The staff was so helpful and friendly too. We had the best time and will for sure come back.

The view, the house, the pool, the staff, the amenities were absolutely stunning! The photos of the property did not do it justice, it was even more beautiful than on the pictures. The owner was very helpful and nothing was to much of an effort for Absalom. Shops, go-carts, restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 weeks, we could have stayed 2 more. This is the place. Directly on the beach, excellent pool, helpful staff, impeccable accommodation. The location is very convenient for restaurants / shops in Diani yet it is on a quiet plot so there isn’t the nighttime noise you might experience at other similarly located places. And John, the host, was super friendly and helpful. If you’re considering staying here when you visit Diani Beach, book it now.

My wife, I and our three children had a great holiday here. The house is located in a picturesque village surrounded by coconut palms. One of the most beautiful beaches in Kenya is about a 10-minute drive away. We had our own car, so it was not difficult for us to get there, but if you do not have transport, you can always use a tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi. The beach is beautiful! Next to the house is an ocean bay with mangrove trees. We were very pleased that the house has two excellent SUP boards! At high tide you can ride them through the mangrove forest and it is very, very beautiful! But take shoes with you because there are sharp shells at the bottom. Nice people work in the house. Chef Joseph cooked well and was very kind. Thank him very much! We were lucky with the weather, it was not stuffy at all, so we never used the fans at night. Thanks to the owner of the house Tom and his team for good memories!

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property. Huge, beautiful outside space and welcoming inside. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and the beds slept comfortably. Our family especially enjoyed the large dining setup inside and out. The kids had a ball in the play area. We felt right at home and will surely be back in the summer.

It was our first stop in mauritius. We planned to travel around the island and stay 2-3 days at each spot. Rajesh was super helpful in organising a scooter and always had good tips. He and his wife even invited us to a dance at their neighbour's weeding (sadly we missed it). Anyhow, great place to stay with some kind hearted hosts. Wish you all best Luca & Stephanie

We had the best time at Khushiness. I really appreciated Priti’s clear instructions and meeting her on arrival. They also have the best housekeeper, always ready to assist. The house is spacious with the best views. Perfect for a bigger group. On arrival one fridge didn’t work and it was replaced within an hour with such efficiency and friendliness. We will definitely be back - this house is the perfect, peaceful, private home within easy driving distance to all the great spots available in the area.

Jonathan’s place is lovely and as described. The space was perfect for a relaxing getaway and is a great entertainment space. We especially loved the outside deck and people-watching which came with being right on the water and golf course. Jonathan himself was the perfect host, very responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring his guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Riaan, the house manger, was also super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Maria's place for 8 days. Can't describe in words how happy we were with both host and apartment. Here we felt at home. Nicely furnished where everything was. High ceilings that created a cosy feel. The balcony was great with cozy and stylish furniture. When we were there, the pool didn't work but it's been fixed now. Would have loved to use it for beach hanging. But nothing that the host could control. Close to the beach which was right across the street, bus stop outside and close to restaurants. Incredibly affordable where Maria could charge more. Can't otherwise recommend this home to anyone thinking about a trip here. Thank you Maria for your kindness!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort's location on Garoda Beach, arguably the most beautiful beach in Watamu, is fantastic. We appreciated the convenience of being right by the beach, with easy access to the resort's sunbeds and pools. Additionally, it was nice to be within walking distance of places we enjoy (LichtHaus, the gym at Temple Point, and Kobe restaurant) We had the opportunity to stay in both the double room and the Cactus apartment. While we thoroughly enjoyed the Cactus apartment, the double room could get some improvements (real double bed and not twin beds put together for ie and some refreshments in the decoration).

Jackline is a gem and her place is modern clean and fantastic. Very safe, great location and she’s extremely responsive. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Jackline and team.

The accommodation is very well located with a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean and Patrick was very caring and accessible both when I arrived and when I left. Great stay for the first time on AirBndB.

well equipped and perfectly located accommodation, close to restaurants and shops. Exceptional view of the Lagoon from the terrace. i highly recommend this place.

Accommodation for 2 people, within the Saint Gilles square with private and secure entrances. Small gardens and common areas very very very well maintained. Very quiet neighbors, the small terrace overlooks the small gardens and flowered trees, to havebreakfast with the sunrise. Everything was spotlessly clean. The Hermitage is really very well located as a starting point to get around the island with your car. The beach is 100m away, the bakery at the foot of the apartment, the Carrefour Market just opposite and the Rodrigue mail (the paved way that goes to the sea) is there with a few small shops (bookstore, pharmacy, clothes etc.) and at the end: a nice covered terrace to watch the sunset accompanied by a planter and samoussas (and their ice cream is not bad either:) The market every Sunday morning with fruits and vegetables (better to go there from 8am) and clothes, souvenirs etc. Bookmark the address!:)
