Beachfront holiday rental in Duval County

Great stay. We had a small issue with the smoke detector chirping and garbage disposal but the property managers were quick to respond and very helpful. Just steps to the beach and very nice area to stay.

Holly was very responsive and proactive in letting us know all of the details necessary. The house was in a great location on a quiet street. The only downside which personally didnt bother my guests was just outdated bathroom fixtures, paint, etc. but it was nothing negative and I would 100% stay at this Airbnb again. thank you

Great house! We were so happy when we arrived, the house is so clean and the decoration is very beachy and cute. It was very comfortable for the two of us. It’s on a quiet street but close to the businesses on Third street. We slept great, everything was comfortable We definitely would come here again. If I could give more than five stars I would, it’s that great.

One of the best paces I’ve ever rented for vacation - and I do a lot of vacays. You can’t beat the location, the view, the complex attached to the Omni resort and all their amenities. Laura was super responsive and very accommodating when I asked for a late check out on New Year’s Eve!!! Thanks for hosting us, Laura! We will be back!!!!

We loved Mimi’s Beach house! Miranda is a fantastic host! This is a perfect place! Close to the beach as well as amazing restaurants! There was GREAT Wi-Fi as my husband and myself both work from home. I needed to have a clear video and there were no complaints! Miranda responded quickly when we had a question. She was always helpful! We will stay at her place again!

Wonderful place, clean and 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Phatty was very helpful and great communicator.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

We enjoyed the place and location on the beach... The place was immaculate and we felt at home during the time we were there. We would definitely rent again! In the future-)

Beautiful ocean view. Even though there was only two of us, the second bedroom was a great storage area for hanging clothes, storing luggage, etc. Both bedrooms and the living room had big screen tvs. Wife and I don't always agree on programs to watch! Had a great meal in the Neptune Beach shopping/Restuarant area, only 5/10 minutes away. Scott did a great job of communicating, making good recommendations. The condo was clean and had plenty of the necessary supplies. Very quiet and relaxing

This was an excellent trip. The location is outstanding, right next to the pool and just a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and perfect for kids. The condo is extremely nice, and the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

Well it says a few words but hard to hold bragging on place. Off season but quiet beautiful had way more than just mini frig micro. So many extras!! Beach towels great chairs umbrella. Beach great nice pool etc. So with these words probably never get back in? Plus saw turtles! Funny! ron and diane.

This was a great place to stay on Amelia. Conveniently located to many of the amenities of the Omni Resort. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Ability to have a golf cart was definitely a plus. Unfortunately it was not the time of year or weather to use the kayaks but we would have enjoyed that as well. Waking up to sunrise over the ocean was spectacular. Would be excited to come back.

Lou was wonderful and was very communicative. There were a few things missing that likely had been misplaced by cleaners or (not sure), but he immediately responded and sent items within an hour (and I was totally fine either way, but he went above and beyond). The place was great- very comfortable couches and living area- perfect location to beach. Definitely recommend this host and their property- especially those that want walk to the beach. Also, surprisingly quiet:) Thanks for a great place and communication!

Julia is a great host. We would stay there again. She communicates frequently and very respectful. Her home is very nice, spacious, quiet, and within minutes of shopping, food, and the beach. You will not disappointed - in fact, Julia is quite modest vis-a-vis how she describes her home. The home is "...better than she advertised...", to be sure. The environment is safe and a great place that is conducive to family.

We really enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving and we had some excellent warm weather. The beach and restaurants were very close by for walking. The dogs liked the fenced back yard. The house looks small from the street but the inside space is much larger than you would think!

Exactly as pictured - unit is very clean. Hosts were very proactive and accommodating. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful stretch of beach for long walks. Close to many great restaurant choices. Centrally located to Nocatee and the beaches. Very peaceful. Guard gate access - secure location.

The home was beautiful. The elevator made every floor accessible for everyone and it was just a cherry on top. I originally didn’t know there was an elevator LOL! This is just a walk from the beach and the decor was lovely! Thank you for having us!
