A great and relaxing space. We enjoyed our 3 weeks here very much. Gulguna from the outset was a great communicator. All questions prior to booking answered super fast and after our arrival the great communication continued. The apartment is in a great central location, you won’t need to take a taxi or bus at all and right next door is a great supermarket plus ATM which we had no issue using. We found the bed comfortable, AC units worked very well, kitchen amenities were sufficient for us, plenty of hot water for 2 people to shower and on arrival the apartment was nice and clean. You are among many families in this building and surrounding buildings, kids are playing in the courtyard but it never was too loud to bother us and in fact makes for a better experience to be among local families.

Nargis is very friendly, hospitable and responsible. She responded quickly to my messages. Very clean and tidy apartment. It is located in the very center of Dushanbe. Within walking distance are all the sights of the city, museums, parks, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, a supermarket across the road. Next to the house is the new Parliament. I will definitely stay in this apartment again next time. Thank you!

Excellent host! Jamshed met me at the airport and allowed early check-in. He always replied in a matter of minutes. Apartment is modern and clean in a good location. There is a supermarket just inside the building. And many restaurants in a minute walking distance. Very much recommended!

Great apartment. Very clean, spacious, gorgeous natural light. We used the kitchen everyday and appreciated the high quality cookware and dishware. Location is fantastic, close to parks, main streets, and a big supermarket. There was construction happening in the building during our stay so there were noises on and off but nothing that really bothered us. We also had problems with the internet but the hosts did all they could to address it immediately. They also said they will have alternative options in place for future guests in case this problem comes up again. Overall, we appreciated the quick and responsive communication by the hosts and their attentiveness during our stay.

Mahmoud's apartment was excellent. The kitchen had everything you need. There was even coffee, a rarity these days. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. Highly recommended if you are in Dushanbe for a few days. You could easily spend a week or longer. The apartment is very spacious.

The house is cozy, with modern renovation, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable furniture, nice interior and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Separately, I want to note the beautiful courtyard with a gazebo — a great place to relax in the fresh air. Khusrav is a wonderful host, always available and ready to help. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay!
