Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Durrës County

Excellent welcome offered by Zeni. Her place is sumptuous, extremely clean and tidy.

The villa and pool is stunning and extremely stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable.

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Ardit was extremely helpful and the communication was super easy. We had arranged a pick up at the airport and he had no problem waiting for us for over 3 hours because the flight was delayed, overall we had a great time at this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes to have a bit of quit, with a little garden and even a wood pizza oven!! 10/10

The place was very nice, with great garden and scenery, the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and help with any request/issues, location was great away from the crowds and noises of the city yet in close proximity to city

Nice place near the square and the bazaar, which means lots of restaurants that stay open rather late. easy to get into the plaza bus stop that gets you everywhere else. Frenk was a good host, communicative and nice, checked in a couple times to make sure I had everything I needed

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

The apartment looked better than in the photos, very beautiful interior and lots of light + great to have the morning coffee out on the terrace! Alban was very helpful and kind, and always answered fast. I had a great stay 😊

this is my first time traveling alone and Armir immediately put me at ease by giving me clear and safe directions. He was always very kind and helpful and guided me perfectly. Fantastic Airbnb, was a great haven for our trip to Tirana. Beds were comfy and plentiful, Violeta was very communicative. If you’re staying in Tirana as a big group this place is perfect.

Jeni was a great host and friendly. Easy to communicate and helpful with questions about the area. The house was as described and had all the facilities required. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. I would go and stay again and would highly recommended this.

Wow what can I say, this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The whole apartment was beautiful & spotless! I’ve never stayed anywhere so clean. Jurgen was very fast to respond to any questions I had. I asked what activities I could do around the area and he gave me a call and listed many things which I believe he went above and beyond to satisfy me and my partner. I will be definitely staying here again. 11/10 for service and 11/10 for accommodation 👏
