I loved the house, it has everything it needs, well equipped and very cozy. Great BBQ area and the perfect pool. We will definitely return to enjoy the city that is very enjoyable . Hosts are very attentive the communication was excellent from start to finish .

Marcus' space is excellent! is the second time we have stayed and recommend. large and cozy house. large leisure area and a contact with nature that invigorates our strength. It has a mall very close by and 3 minutes from downtown Teresópolis. For those who come by car or those who want to use uber, you will not find any obstacles in this space. I highly recommend!

Since the first contact Ivana has been willing, answering the questions. The house is very cozy having everything that has been described. The village was extremely clean and organized according to the photos and description. The mattresses are good, good showers, functional and good furniture. New and quality refrigerator, new and good stove, quality household equipment and utensils, all clean and functional. In short, it was worth every penny invested, as we had twelve days of highly tiring course and the house allowed us rest and moments of pleasure that helped us arrive on class mornings ready to do the work. To finish, as they are finishing the characters available, I highly recommend the house and I congratulate the hostess who at no time left us unanswered. Our family of 8 spent a spectacular weekend at Casa Prates. The accommodations are impeccable, the house is super spacious, with an unbelievable view and well equipped with modern household appliances. Luiza and Marcelo have passed all the guidelines for the use of the house and even of nearby markets that deliver.

I accommodated my group and loved it!! The house was delivered clean and smelling. Simple space, however, inviting and cozy. Fresh, spacious and great backyard for pets. Good ceiling fans. Enough utensils to accommodate our group. Barbecue area very nice. Close to local shops. For beach it is necessary a car or other means of transport, but a thing of 10 minutes. Excellent cost-benefit. Accommodation to the listing. We just miss being able to stay more!!!!

A wonderful place! The loft is over-care, impeccable cleaning, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for a couple. The outdoor area exceeded expectations, a very wooded place, quiet, to wake up with the birds! At the same time, the centrinho is very close. We take less than 5 minutes by car to the markets, bakery, petshop, etc. Local super pet friendly, our golden had a lot of fun exploring and especially in the pool! The hosts were super attentive. We'll be back for sure!

Myself and my family spent the new year at Mr. Marcos' house and had a wonderful experience. Petronio received us with great affection and receptivity and helped us with all the questions and extra items we need. The house is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The outside is very good to interact with everyone being on the balcony, barbecue or pool. The rooms are very large and air-conditioned worked perfectly. In a 10 minute walk you will find pharmacies and supermarkets. We also use food and drink delivery services. For those who like calm when you wake up early in the morning you can enjoy the birds, tames and the breeze of the trees. I loved our experience and will be back for sure. Loft wonderful, very organized and clean, new building, is close to the Vila St.Gallen restaurant, the only caveat is the tricky maneuver to park LARGE cars in the offered garage. Leila was an excellent host! Thank you

Great!!!! In a closed street in the condominium style, the place is very safe and has several options such as bakery with breakfast, pizzeria, restaurant, all within walking distance. Complimentary staff and flat/hotel-style check-in. We love everything! Fit as described, well sunny and with washing machine and clothes, very useful for those who, like us, spent many days on site. Very helpful host, answered everything quickly and left us a little chocolat as a gift, earning the sympathy of our little one!

My family spent 5 nights in this house and we had a very quiet and pleasant experience. The house was super clean, fully equipped , impeccable bedding and bathrooms. The swimming pool is very warm. The property has a good space to house up to 10 people. The gourmet area is very good for family life. It is only possible to park with 2 cars, a maximum of 3 if they are small, but on the street it is quiet to leave. We had a light phase drop issue caused by the power supply company, but Margareth proved proactive and helped us until everything was back to normal. I have some specific suggestions/criticisms that I would like to leave to the host: we had a gas leak issue and we were unable to close the record because the key of the cylinder site was not available. Only after insisting that the hostess explained to us that the key was hidden. These instructions need to be given to the guests. No more, we recommend the space!! In addition, the camera in the pool area has embarrassed some of my family members. They were all in a swimsuit and with the feeling of being watched all the time, as the camera turned with the movement. It's not very nice.

We love our stay at the house and our host's reception! Check-in and check-out were very quiet! The house was perfect, very neat and clean. Our family loved the trip and our puppy had a lot of fun in the backyard and the lawn of the house. We hope to have the opportunity to visit more often and enjoy this amazing lodging.

The stay at Vera's place was great. Very solicitous host, the house is great, it was clean, organized, the area is quiet.

Perfect town of Apê practically on the corner of the arches of Lapa. In addition to the Cathedral and Sélaron Steps, we walked to the Santa Marta Bond, Municipal Theater and many other beautiful places, in addition to the best bars in Lapa just steps from the apê, with all convenience in the surroundings. The accommodation was extremely clean and smelling when we arrived, a loft of great quality, more complete impossible. Special thanks to Tatiana, a friendliness, relaxed checkin, gave us several tips and always available.

Cláudia was super helpful to prepare the house for our arrival. The condominium is well located and the access was made quietly. Positive point for absolute quiet. The house is very well equipped, with air conditioning, barbecue and a full kitchen. I recommend it 100%.
