Whitney is a wonderful host. She is very friendly and responsive. The house was very clean with all the necessities and games to play with kids and family.

The house is beautiful and was very perfect for my family. It rained quite a bit while we were there and sitting in the living room playing games with a fire going with that amazing view of the river was perfect! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and lovely to use and Jonathan was quick to respond with any questions!

We had a fantastic stay at Jill's place. The house itself was very cozy for a winter ski trip with a group of five of us. We really appreciated Jill's excellent communication and her flexibility in accommodating our group's needs. Highly recommended!

This house worked perfectly for our family of 4. We had our own space and privacy at night which is so much better than cramming in a hotel room. Cammy’s house was so clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for our 4 nights there. The linens and towels were high quality and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked all our meals there. Having access to a washer and dryer after snowboarding all day was so helpful. We felt comfortable and at home at the house and we look forward to returning!

Claudia’s home was absolutely beautiful! Nestled amongst evergreens with plenty of space for the kids to play, snow or shine :) The home itself was open and welcoming, with wonderful, rustic decor and family style kitchen with all the amenities. The bedrooms were generously sized, and had the most comfortable beds! We will definitely be coming back! Sarah and Family

We loved our stay at butterfly cottage in Dunsmuir. There were so many warm touches and the house felt like a home away from home with high end furniture, bedding, bath products, and kitchen ammenities with an open floorplan. Everything was so comfortable and we loved the design aesthetic. All the thoughtful touches and decor was lovely. There is noise from the train, which we liked, you can always use earplugs . The backyard was really great for warmer weather and the river is a short walk and restaurants also. Of note, the two bedrooms are separated by a thin door so, not a lot of noise privacy when in the bedrooms.

We enjoyed a night in sheltering from the rain and felt right at home. Coziest linens and beds got the best night sleep. Open living space made for a great night of catching up with friends. Clean welcoming open bright space. Would definitely come back.

Our stay was very needed! The scenery was beautiful and the nature was breathtaking. We instantly fell in love with the area as it was our first real stay in a “snow town” if I can put it that way.( We live in the valley and never get snow). Our host kept us very aware of activities and events going on that weekend which we really appreciated. Her guestbook was packed with places to visit, places to eat and places to explore nature. The actual Airbnb was very homey. We had most things we needed. Unfortunately the hot water for the shower ran out pretty quickly. You are also able to hear the tenant next door to you so you may have a distracted night. Also regarding the AC unit above the bed: I’m not sure if the was a leak internally or what but we heard dripping that kind of became more noticeable after a while. On the other hand we are very thankful for the sleds that were provided! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The decor was beautiful and appreciated the butterfly theme.

Great spot centrally located with easy access to town and highways. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom, I would stay again.

A nice, peaceful and beautiful place. Conveniently located, almost 15 mins to Mt Shasta City. Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodated our odd hours checkin and checkout. Very knowledgeable about the area as well.

Such a cute spot that felt incredibly cozy, and was perfect for a weekend couples getaway. My partner and I really enjoyed staying here and the upstairs neighbors seemed really nice.

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place to spend the night in between hikes or camping. Surrounding hikes are nice and short with great views and the place is close to longer hikes ranging from 4-10 miles. Highly recommend staying here and the AirBnb far exceeds the price you pay for it. Value for money is through the roof.
