Holiday rentals with a kayak in Dunnellon

Amazing waterfront property, great fishing, turtle & bird watching. The hosts Doug & Marcie welcomed us, gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The home is very well stocked & like the pictures. Cute decorating with lots of helpful things to make your trip easy. Kitchen is well supplied & organized. If you want a relaxing peaceful old Florida trip this is the place.

Beautiful & quiet location right along the river with tons of paddle boards, kayaks & all the amenities you could ask for. Truly blessed to have found this gem.

Beautiful home in a great location. Very close to Rainbow Springs and KP hole.Awesome pool area with plenty of room to spread out and socialize. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door! Very clean with a great vibe and decor. Highly recommended!!

Had a wonderful little weekend ! The house was wonderful and clean and quiet! Steve was very responsive and was a wonderful host ! The house and stay was everything we could have wanted or needed for the weekend or longer!

This places was great. Super convenient location if you're looking to do some kayaking around the local springs. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

We had such a marvelous time at camp collop. What. Magical place. Everything was so very well maintained and well stocked house with All the amenities you would need to enjoy your time on the water. The access to the river was perfect. The kids enjoyed the rope swing and we enjoyed the convenience of paddling and being able to come back to the home easily without having to go to the parks or stand in lines etc. the town of dunnellon had so many amenities so close to the house...dinner each night was less than 10min from the house. Everyone in my family said this was one of the best vacations they had gone on ...the peacefulness of this home and location transmitted a beautiful sense of magic. We all want to come back soon. This was worth it...you won't go wrong staying here and enjoying all the amenities this place has.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral so we did not get a chance to kayak on the lake. However, the 7 of us were comfortable and we had all that we needed. We will be back!

Wow. This has been one of my favorite vacations ever. My family agrees, even the three young boys. The cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed. We cooked every meal there and had no issues in the kitchen. The location of the house with river access was unbelievable. The whole family, especially the boys loved getting on the kayaks and paddle boards there on the dock and just enjoying the river. One morning we got to see otters!!! Unforgettable moment! We will absolutely be back. Also the owner, Christine, was so easy to get in contact with and would help with anything on a moments notice. Such a difference than those airbnbs ran by companies.

The house is just a few steps from the water and getting out on the kayaks was amazing. Nice quiet street with no noise at all! Great house if you’re in the Crystal River area!

Cheryl’s place was great for my dog and I! I was only in town for a few days, and I almost wish I got to stay longer. It’s definitely off the beaten path, but if that’s what you’re looking for it’s a perfect destination.

We enjoyed our two weeks at the cottage - it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loved being on the lake. Inverness has so much to offer with parks and lots of local restaurants! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Off the beaten path, yet close proximity to a number of unique and cool things to do. (Like the animal park, or seafood restaurants) Hosts provide a number of local recommendations and things such as Starbucks or Grocery stores are nearby. Great location near the waterway that leads to other places to explore by kayaks provided by the hosts. Definitely will consider this place again when we return to the area.

This is definitely a five star stay!! I travel alot and have been to many rentals, thus one is a step above! I have never been to a place stocked such as this one! She literally has everything! I did not expect it to be like this! The views and sounds are amazing! Sitting out in the evening is like being on safari! The house was spotless, well kept and maintained. Definitely a destination to be seen! The host is amazing! Readily available and responsive! I can't brag this place and it's host up enough! Truly amazing place with an amazing owner! 10 Stars!!

It was such a peaceful stay. The sounds of nature was abundant. Its a very nice place to stay and eould definitely stay again.

Great piece of property in a beautiful neighborhood. Had plenty to do in the home and outside: large jenga blocks, s’mores pit, kayaking on the withlacoochie river, pushing the kids on the tree swing, karaoke machine, playing video games. Less than 10 mins away from a pretty sweet walking trail. Pet friendly too if you have your furbabies. My husband and I are talking about returning here when the weather is warmer to visit the springs!

Awesome place to take a weekend and relax. Pictures do not do it justice - looks even better in person. Loved spending the weekend kayaking. Would stay here again when we take a long weekend out of town.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, just perfect for a short respite from life. My 17 year old and I got to spend some quality time together, something we don’t get to do often with so many distractions. The cabin had most of what we needed and anything else was available at the Dollar General store just 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely place to stay. There were some comforts/amenities that are rare to find like the ability to do laundry, access to detergent as well as showering amenities like shampoo, etc. We also had access to a golf cart and trailer for paddle boards, kayaks, tubes, the works. The community park with launching and swimming access was just 0.3 miles away. You could walk it in 8 minutes if you didn’t want to use the golf cart. This was a HUGE bonus since we had a rental car that wouldn’t fit any of the water toys. There were a couple times that we were given the wrong codes for accessing the house key and golf cart key but Leslie was quick to get back to me with the correct codes. Her responsiveness was a lifesaver. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a refrigerator this clean! As for the broader area, the Rainbow Springs State Park is only a 5 minute drive and costs only $5 for access. Well worth going. Wish there was a bike rental business in town-great trails! Visit!!!

The Tin Roof was nice and cozy!! Would be nice to have a grill to cook since kitchen is small , but it was great !!

Nice and secluded, yet close to rainbow river. access to the private park was a nice perk. Only complaint was grill wasn't clean, and the upstairs bed wasn't comfortable...master bed was great though.
