Cottage holiday rentals in Dunkeld

This was our second visit to this wonderful property in Elie and we loved it just as much as the first. The view is mesmerising and the pictures don’t do the place justice. Great facilities - especially love the log burner. Fiona’s communication was excellent and we really appreciated the recommendation of the Bowhouse Christmas market. I can’t recommend this place enough - it’s well worth a visit! Thank you :)

We had a wonderful stay at the old dairy! It is beautifully designed and super cosy. The wood burning fire is a real treat after coming in from the hot tub We will 100% be returning in the future, a massive thank you to Ainslie who is the most welcoming host.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful cottage surrounded by acres of woodland. The cottage was very cosy and warm with all the amenities you need. One of my favourite parts of the day was sitting by the kitchen door first thing in the morning watching the red squirrels and deer amongst the trees. Ashley the owner was lovely and very responsive to any queries we had. The cottage is located on the edge of Blairgowrie, given you great access to nearby towns and the beautiful Perthshire countryside. It’s also a perfect location to the south east Cairngorms. Would definitely return here and highly recommend this wonderful cottage.

A beautiful cottage with stunning views. Inside is tastefully decorated and to a very high standard. Luxury hot chocolate was a treat. We had our 6 month old and the provided cot and high chair were exactly what we needed and well-presented. Can’t fault the place.

Loved our time away at Laura's cottage home from home. The cottage surroundings, views, and location was very peaceful. Hope to book again in the near future.

Perfect cottage for a quiet getaway! The space was exactly as it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, all information clearly communicated before our stay. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights away!

The cottage was beautiful with amazing scenery which can be viewed whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Katrina was always responsive and very helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants and things to do.

We visited local places and used the accommodation as a base. We had come up to Fife to spend NYE with friends in Dunfermline which was lo. The local pub The Bruce Arms was great, very friendly people and good food.

Great little place! It was so good to enter the property and hear music over the radio, lights turned on and heating on, just what we needed on a cold winter day! Lots of dog friendly stuff like bowl, towels etc! Highly recommend .

We had the most relaxing week here. Carole was so helpful and responsive especially when the weather caused some disruptions to the roads. I have 2 young children and a teenager who all want to go back! And the dog 😁

We had such a lovely post-Christmas getaway at this charming cottage! The location is peaceful and not too far from Pitlochry, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The cottage is full of character and warm, with plenty of blankets, towels, games, books and everything else we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were wonderful, with great communication that made everything so easy. This is such a special place—I’d definitely recommend it for a cosy Scottish retreat!

Great location for coastal walks. Enjoyed exploring the local area, specifically the villages of St. Monans and Crail. The beaches were great for dog walking and easily accessible.

Our third stay in this lovely cosy cottage. The fire, heating, furnishings and festive touches all added to the experience. There was a tray of goodies, fluffy white towels, a large comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. Right by the beach, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and an easy walk to the local pub and supermarket.

Vicki was a lovely host , and the cottage was so cosy , with lots of wee treats , would hope to return in the future !

What a brilliant stay we had at Church Cottage! Thank you so much to Amelia and Richard for having us. We did a long stay over Christmas, and it was so special to celebrate our first white Christmas in Crieff. The town is wonderful, lots of lovely restaurants and Macrosty park for the kids. The house is very comfortable, stays lovely and warm during the colder months. The beds were comfortable and the blackout blinds worked perfectly to help get a good nights sleep. Everything in the kitchen works and is clean- so helpful to have a dishwasher as well! The amenities are great- fast internet, lots of tv choices, board games and the little library is so cute. Amelia and Richard are excellent hosts- they popped around to change the sheets regularly, and even dropped off a few more things for the house for our daughter to enjoy. They were really responsive with communication and have gone above and beyond when it came to helping us out. If you’re wondering if you should book here- do it!

The Smithy is a wonderful country retreat. This family home has been restored beautifully and has that home -from-home feel as soon as you arrive. We were welcomed not only with a fully-equipped clean and all mod cons place to stay but also a cottage thoughtfully decorated for Christmas by Rhona. It was therefore the perfect destination for us as we visited our family during this festive season. I would definitely recommend this home stay and I do hope we get another chance to stay here. We loved our stay in Cruck Cottage. The cottage was decorated in a really cosy fashion. There are lots of lovely things to do in the area. The gated garden was fantastic for the dogs. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely three day stay in this very cute, comfortable and cosy cottage. It has a beautiful location and is well located for exploring Fife. The cottage is very well equipped and they even provided delicious fresh bread. Many thanks.

Ellen had great communication and made sure that everything was in place for our trip as we were catering a Christmas dinner cooked by chef. The ample furniture was such a bonus and it was very comfortable. The location is stunning so much so that whilst on my stay there I decided to put in an offer on a property around the corner to live out my retirement there!!!!! We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was spacious, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of clean towels, a variety of cookware for preparing meals, and even a selection of spices. A special thank you to the hosts for the lovely gift basket, it was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!
