Holiday houses in Dunes Park Beach

This house was a lovely place for a winter getaway for us and our young adult children. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked. AnnGina was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, and went the extra mile. For example, she left us Duraflame logs on the front porch when we arrived because it was particularly cold out. We will have to go back to this house in the summertime because the lake facilities seem so lovely!

It’s was great place I just wish it had 2 restrooms but I know Rhode Island doesn’t have many homes like that I was totally satisfied

My husband and I stayed at Krista's Villa last weekend as my husband had to attend the Boat Show at Mohegan Sun. After looking at Mohegan Sun and the surrounding hotels we found ourselves looking on airb&b. Krista's place was affordable, clean, perfect for my husband and daughter, had everything you needed and more. She was quick to respond to me, offered early check in and late check out and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable from a distance. We hope to go back for sure.

This was one of the greatest Airbnb stays I have had! This house of very continent do the beach. They have chairs and an umbrella for you so you don’t need to pack them. Also there are so many great beaches near by to pick from. This house is beautiful and was perfect for the girls weekend we had planned. We all highly recommend this place and all want to make it our new yearly tradition to stay here!

Great place to stay! Great amenities and a close ride to Newport

Great location and comfortable beds. We enjoyed having coffee next to the lake. Josh was very responsive when we had a question. All around great stay.

Lovely home! Well kept, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Peaceful surroundings and wonderful pool. Wish we had more time in our schedule for a longer stay!

This will be the 4th time I have stayed at Theresa's beautiful home. We always have a great time. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to enjoy themselves on vacation.I highly recommend it.

My family and I had stayed at Kristin’s house for NYE and we had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, the backyard was perfect for our dogs, we enjoyed hanging out by the bonfire and in the hot tub, and the location was so convenient! We could walk into town when the weather was nice, and really enjoyed exploring Greenport! I highly recommend for any group looking for a place to stay in Greenport!

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.

Beautiful cottage, you can see the ocean from bedroom window. Felt right at home! Very clean awesome getaway loved walking right to the beach ! Thanks Dean I’ll be back

My family and I had a great stay at the cottage! It was a perfect place for us to stay and visit Newport, RI. It is in a great location with many things to do nearby (we enjoyed driving over to the mansions in the area, beaches that are right there, and into Jamestown which was about 15 min) and overall a perfect place for adults and young kids to stay. 5 star cleanliness!! All appliances were in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. I would highly recommend Erin’s cottage to others and certainly return in the future!
