This is a beautiful property very well maintained, comfortable and in a lovely location just minutes from the town. Old Course golf club 10mins walk so everything is so convenient. No bother checking in and out and all instructions to hand. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

A cosy and very comfortable flat in a great position in Broughty Ferry. On a quiet street with the river a short stroll out of the front door and the town equally at hand in the opposite direction. Gemma was friendly, helpful and communicative and had installed a Christmas tree and some decorations over the festive period which was very thoughtful. This listing is one of the best I've found in the area.

This home is the perfect base for a stay in St. Andrews. The location could not be better and all of village and golf course is within walking distance. The private parking space is a big plus! The condo itself is spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms and living area are very comfortable. We will definitely be repeat guests!

We had a great long weekend as a family of 8 in the caddyshack. The host kept us up to date with communication and the accommodation was well laid out and spacious for 8 adults, with each room enjoying its own en-suite. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Gullane but quiet and peaceful inside. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this listing and everything was immaculate.

Ah, what a sweet special place! Truly enjoyed it. I was visiting my daughter, a student a st. Andrew’s, and was able to easily cook homemade meals for her in Kate’s well equipped kitchen! Location is incredible. Kate was always available, including the time unlocked myself out! Ah, I already miss this place, felt soo good and relaxed there. Great energy!

Wanted to spend a few days in Edinburgh dan Glasgow but I really didn’t want to live in the city. Thus found this gem! The place is around 30-45 mins away from Edinburgh city and 50-60 mins away from Glasgow. I didn’t mind the scenic drive. And i always love returning to a nice cozy and quiet place to sleep. The family and I loved it so much. Kitchen was big enough for us to make breakfast and dinner. The internet was fast for work and gaming (my son!). And the girls love the video games came together in the second bedroom. The roadside park is safe. The house is located at the end of a closed street. So no worries there. Lee is very clear with his instructions and fast too. Highly recommended for family of 4-5 pax. Thank you Lee!

Flat was exactly as described and perfect for our short break. Pre-arrival I had all the info I needed and it was stress free. Flat is quirky but not over the top, kitchen all works and bedrooms roomy and comfortable.

Fabulous place in a great location. Flat is so comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and helpful host. Birnam is a smashing place for walking and pottering about. We loved our stay and would love to return

Annie’s place was perfect for our three night stay. The kids stayed in the back bedroom, which was comfortable and very quiet. The front bedroom got some noise from the streets but I did not find it bothersome at all. The beds were comfortable and the whole flat was clean. Appreciated the coffee, tea, and biscuits. Loved being able to walk to Old Edinburgh through the park and university, avoiding traffic and giving the kids some time to run and burn some energy. Great location and easy to walk or catch the bus to explore. Super convenient Sainsbury’s as well. Great stay!

Fantastic charming apartment which has clearly been lovingly refitted. Very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed as a family of four. Exceptionally clean. In a brilliant central location, ideal for exploring the near at hand as well as a base for further afield into Cairngorms, Aberdeenshire and Angus. Local tips would include the excellent coffee ar Pico’s (Spanish deli), old fashioned confectionery and home-made Italian ice-cream at Guilianotti’s, amazing fish and chips at The Bay and local real ale and nibbles at the Marine Hotel on the harbour. Great weekend staying at Ollie’s place. The flat was ideal, plenty of space for 3 adults and everything we needed for a weekend of exploring Edinburgh. It’s ideally located, just a short 20-30 min walk into the city centre, but also close to the tram if you don’t fancy the walk. Local shops just down the road and some lovely restaurants too. Ollie was helpful throughout, sending all check in information out in advance and checking in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend

Great location with good views over Loch Tay. Accommodation was good with ample space and bathrooms in all bedrooms. The sofa bed was a bit firm to sit on but the other chairs were very comfortable.

We really enjoyed the space, location and the worn charm of the old building. It was well equipped with everything we needed including toys and Christmas decor. I did not understand there were 23 stairs which was a bit difficult (but doable) with a stroller. Walk across the road into the Meadows which is my favorite part of Edinburgh. I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already planning to return. Great location. Very nice swimming pool (need to book an hour slot though). Didn’t eat at restaurant but lovely bar across the road and the food at the Marina about 20-30 mins walk was amazing. Accommodation was spacious, immaculate and the kitchen well equipped. We felt the description of a bathroom and photo of a bathroom was slightly misleading (even though the photo did say it might be different) and the hot tub refers to the jacuzzi at the winning pool, just so you know. That said, no complaints, we had a great time and would like to return. Very helpful staff on site and my chat. Would recommend.

Lovely property with all you need for a short break. It’s within walking distance to the city centre and transport links. The local area is great with some nice bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 2 weeks. If you are visiting Dunblane, I highly recommend Benjamin's place. The apartment was clean, peaceful, had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.
