Waterfront holiday rentals in Dumaguete City

Enjoy my stay, very peaceful and beautiful view of Ocean during the day and mountains view with lights in the mountain at night. I can't remember being at peace so much.

This was our second visit to the villas, it is just like the photos. Property is clean and tidy. The gardens and pool area is beautiful. Bed was comfortable and area is quiet for sleeping (only crashing waves and the occasional rooster). Walking distances to a couple of restaurants and sari saris. We were given her number for the manager, Mai Mai who was helpful for anything we needed. Be aware it is a distance from Dumaguete, we caught the local bus into the shopping centre to stock up on supplies, then hired a scooter for some small trips. Views of Apo Island and dive resort next door does diving and snorkelling trips most days at a good price. We would recommend U-Ride in Dauin for scooter hire, good to deal with & will drop off scooter to the villas. Definitely recommend a stay at Green Turtle.

Techie, May May and the rest of the staff made our stay at the Green Turtle an excellent experience. The accommodations were top notch and the location was very peaceful. I would definitely return to this spot.

Our stay (family of one couple and one young adult) in the family room in Adayo Cove directed by James was just superbe! With two separate rooms, a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea (gorgeous sunsets!), a good open space outside, and a very nice swimming pool were just enough for comfort, privacy and leisure. The people working in the resort were very friendly, easy to speak with and gave needed information - you are the best! The location is between Siquijor and San Juan, with easier access to San Juan where many restaurants and establishments were located. Be aware, however, that it is best to have vehicles as the resort is almost (but not quite) a kilometer from the main road. In any case, we rented motorcycles which we drove around the island - this is easily the best way around. Enjoyable stay, wish we could have stayed longer. My husband and I would love to come again! This is a great place to relax on the ocean with a well maintained pool also. The staff will bring you fresh eggs if you want , sometimes bacon also . There is also a great masseuse with her own masseuse table, if you’d like to make an appointment, it’s also a great deal.

I felt at home. I love the peaceful yet warm vibe of Sascha's place. You'll be greeted with the cute dogs. Grateful for Ate Charima taking extra care of my needs esp the lovely dinner. Thank you for letting me in your home. I'll be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Doris Ann’s accommodation in Siquijor! I wish I had stayed longer. The place is right next to a bar, and they mentioned that the bar usually has a live band, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this might not be the right spot. But if you’re in the mood to chill and have fun, it’s perfect! The room has two queen-size beds, ideal for friends on vacation, and there’s a small kitchen with water, coffee, and a mini fridge. The toilet is clean, though I highly suggest opening the small window in the shower for privacy—just make sure to pull back the shower curtain after you finish. Overall, a great stay, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10!

We loved our stay in the property. Our host was very accommodating and patient with our inquiries. The place looked exactly like the posted photos. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is spacious and gated. We all felt safe during our stay. We loved the open kitchen. Kayaks available for use. Calm beach that’s good for relaxing. To reach the place from Manila, take a plane to Sibulan Airport and cross to Santander via fast craft. The host is very clear at providing instructions. We will definitely come back. 😊

We had such a great time here! Up there with the best Airbnb’s I’ve experienced in the Philippines. White sand beach and truly beautiful view and amazing pink sunsets. The snorkeling equipment and kayaks were definitely a plus. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The host is very responsive and helped us with all the questions we had. You’ll be seeing us again soon 🙂

We book this property having all our 5 grandchildren. Our grandchildren loved the property they were playing outdoor all the time since the house is gated. Our teenage grandchildren visits the Cuartel Ruins every night to try all the different night market street food. My ultimate favorite food must try is Kwek Kwek. We were there during the Halloween so the whole street is covered with flowers, candles, toys and street food vendor so much going on. We come to find out right in front of the property has a ferry that leaves every morning to Panglao Island Bohol. We are planning of going back there to visit Bohol on our next trip. The house has a full kitchen so we can cook anytime we wanted to and there is a Jamaican Restaurant next door, good food and dirt cheap. Shout out to the amazing caretaker that help us anything we needed from needing more towels and toiletries. If you are looking a place that feels like home this is it, there is a Lanai in every door the view isamazing

We had the pleasure of staying at Gloria's villa for two months, and it was a truly wonderful time. The villa itself is stunning, offering a breathtaking view of Apo Island. The garden, filled with lush palm trees and plants, is beautifully maintained and just fantastic. We particularly appreciated the tranquility, privacy, and the soothing sound of the waves in the background. The pool was a perfect retreat, whether we wanted to cool off, swim, or simply relax while gazing out at the sea. Gloria is a very warm and accommodating host, always ready to assist and quick to respond to any queries. A special thanks goes to Jeff, who cared about the garden and was very friendly and helpful . To explore the area and shop for groceries, we rented scooters, which gave us the freedom to discover the surroundings at our own pace. We can highly recommend Gloria's villa and hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful setting and friendly and responsive staff. Loved the plunge pool. Baha Bar has nice food overall, especially the line-caught seared tuna and wasabi. James and Maureen were super nice and great with the housekeeping.

We loved every single aspect of our stay! The location is perfect, with the best beaches and restaurants just a short distance away. Christoph and his wife have truly created an oasis where you feel welcomed from the very first moment. We were even surprised with a traditional New Year’s gift, which made our stay even more special. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to return very soon!

This place is so lovely. It is a homestay, but for the price, it really was a great little oasis. We made most meals in the open kitchen & I went down the steps (the way back will be your daily cardio!) to go snorkeling most days. I had the small beach all to myself. There is aircon and excellent beds with basic electric showers. Ubo and Delia were just fabulous. Ubo was so kind, caring and helpful. Delia is the house keeper. She blew us away with her willingness to help and cater to our every need. I really couldn't advise anything to better her hospitality. We managed to rent a karyoke box and spent evenings relaxing in the outdoor living room. There were very few mosquitoes. You'll definitely want a car if coming from Cebu International Airport. It is only 100km, but can take 4-7 hours dependent on traffic. It might be easier to fly in to Dumaguete Airport, rent a local car, and then take the 30 min ferry across to Cebu (using Maayo Shipping Terminal). Thanks again Ubo & Deli!

Our stay at Jun Marcial's condo was nothing short of amazing! Jun and his wife were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our experience even better. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

The place is exactly as described. I love how close the place is to a lot of restaurants. Easy to find transportation as well. Network reception is a bit poor, though. Rasselle is a great host. There was an issue with the internet connection during our stay and she immediately reported it to the service provider. She even gave us favourable options should we decide to check out. My husband and I decided to proceed with our stay and the internet issue eventually got fixed later on.

We love the place although there was a minor problem when we checked in… but it was fixed just a minor miscommunication! Manang Cita was very nice the caretaker! The place was very nice and very convenient to everything! I can highly recommend Jasmine’s place!

A hidden gem with marine sanctuary of all sorts of fish during my snorkeling days right in the ocean sea front paradise. The waves crashing into the sea wall every second was so soothing to my heart and soul out on the front deck while watching another golden sunrise & get my early morning sunbathing done before 8am for breakfast Time I cook in a fully stock kitchen of everything I need. The water dispenser another plus as I drank a lot of water. The waves crashing in was so serene for me all day to heal in nature. A motor scooter a must to explore up to the waterfalls or going to a grocery store or fruit stand on the main road. There's 1 walkable shack right across the street that has eggs,water and snacks. It was a peaceful tranquility experience Merci
