We stayed at the Manor house and let me tell you we( our friends and kiddies) felt more than welcome and relaxed. The house has everything you need to feel at home away from home. The property, in general, has so much more to offer, be it cycling tracks, fishing by the many ponds in the property, a tennis court, horse riding, trampoline, pool table and kayaking. The property is very secure with serene views and just a few kms away from the town center. The perfect balance for a getaway!!!

We booked Judy's beautiful house on the Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate for a family gathering for a few days in Summer. It ended up being a rainy season so we appreciated the open plan living space where we could build puzzles and play cards. There were a few corners for people to curl up and read. All of this took place against the mountain views through the panoramic windows. We watched lightning shows at night and the mist roll over the mountains in the mornings. If the weather had been better we would also have enjoyed walking on the estate and playing Padel - those who fish or play golf would also be happy with the facilities. Access to the house is easy, and Judy is a proactive communicator. The house is furnished well and the beds are comfortable. The daily cleaning service was good, especially when we used the indoor braai. This is a recommended destination if you are looking for a break in the mountains - with the charming high street of Dullstroom just down the road.

Spent two nights in Sandi’s lovely home. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful place. Both my folks in wheelchairs so it was full but manageable and we had a great braai on the covered patio. Sandi was a great host and very flexible allowing us to drop off supplies etc so we could make the most of our day pre check-in. Thank you Sandi. 🙏
